The hotel is very close to the plaza de armas yet a very quiet place. The staff are very friendly and helpful which they helped us to prepare breakfast box for our very early check out. The buffet breakfast is nice too and they provide freshly cooked eggs up to your likings. Coca tea by coca leaves is provided for the whole day to help you to deal with altitude sickness and oxygen bottle also provided for free if needed. Excellent and unforgettable stay.

Jhina was such a welcoming host and the rooms were so cozy! Perfect view for the NYE fireworks as well. We had to leave early in the morning and Jhina even premade our breakfast so we wouldn’t leave hungry. Would definitely recommend!

The room was clean. The young lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful. She even assisted with calling the doctor to the room because of altitude sickness. Would definitely recommend.

Room was ok. It didn’t have ac, and it smelled like mold. To get some air in, we had to open the window but it was really noisy with the cars traffic and constant honking. Staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Nice place to stay in Cusco with great people and in walking distance from all main things .

Clean room, staff was really helpful and I had the option to order my breakfast the day before so it would be available for an early flight. It was a bit noisy because the walls are paper thin.

Within walking distance to Mercado central de San Pedro where you can find good prices for souvenirs.

Friendly staff, very helpful and welcoming. Glad they were able to receive us before check in time.

Closed to everything

The first night the room is super small not what we reserved luxury room. No table, no heating before 9pm. We asked to upgrade the room on second day and it was much better. However the location is a bit remote and it took longer waiting time to have an uber. The stuff is very kind, patient and helpful!

We loved our stay! We had a beautiful view and they made delicious breakfast. The location is a bit of a walk (maybe 15 minutes) to most restaurants.

Beautiful building on a quiet street near a bustling neighborhood. Excellent cooked-to-order breakfast included. Wi-Fi was included but didn't reach all parts of my room.
