商店開得晚，晚上吃東西喝酒逛街都方便，相對缺點是街上喝醉的人很吵鬧(我住2樓，外頭的人吵到9:30PM)

Room stank of smoke, floor was completely filthy, bedding thin and pillows smelled old. Wallpaper missing in places and it was placed right by a huge main road. Barely slept. Bathroom seemed ok but shower leaked all over the floor. Very basic amenities. Seems very barely attended, nobody there kid morning when I left. Also charged me 23 sfr to park the car. In addition I think it’s being used as a brothel. Very unsavoury gentleman waiting outside and a very glamorous young woman went down in the lift to meet him. All in all about my worst hotel in years.

Unpleasant smell of food from the restaurant below, superficial room cleaning, faulty shower head, no air conditioning, street noise, staff very often absent from the reception, cleaning items left in the elevator. On the other hand, the hotel has a good location, but I won't be going back.

Das Personal ist eine echte Katastrophe. Sinnlose Diskussionen über den Krieg, völlig unangebracht, unfreundlich und respektlose Antworten. Sie diskriminieren uns, weil wir anders denken. Wir waren drei Nächte dort und dreimal klopften drei verschiedene Männer (angeblich Gäste) an unsere Tür, einer von ihnen versuchte, die Tür zu öffnen. Dann erfuhren wir, dass es sich um ein Hotel für Prostituierte handelt! Wir hatten große Angst. Das Frühstück entspricht nicht dem Foto, das dort gezeigt wird.

Grosse Zimmer mit bequemen Bett. Leider waren die Storen ein wenig kaputt und es kam sehr viel Licht in den Raum. Zum schlafen nicht sehr vorteilhaft.

We booked a “junior suite” which was described on the listing as having a “king bed”. When. We arrived we were given a basic room, and when we enquired at reception we were met with confusion - either the room didn’t exist or it had been given elsewhere

Es war super, schnelle und unkomplizierte Abwicklung

Wir hatten 3 Zimmer gebucht, weil wir in der alten Kaserne einen Event hatten. 1 Stund vor Check-in ruft uns eine Frau der Rezeption an und teilte mit, dass sie nur 2 Zimmer für uns hat. Netterweise hatte sie ein Hotelzimmer beim Bahnhof gebucht. Doch hatten wir extra dieses Hotel gewählt wegen der Nähe zur alten Kaserne.

Foto Bar entspricht nicht der Realität. Restaurant sehr ungemütlich. Empfang katastrophal.

A very nice, clean and modern room with complimentary water and wifi. Air conditioning would have been of benefit and possibly expected; but the property, the staff, location and more so the room, were excellent and good value for money. I will certainly use this accommodation again.

Hotelli sijaitsee parkkitaloa vastapäätä! Sijainti keskeinen , huone oli siisti ja aamiainen hyvä!

La mejor situación de la ciudad

I stayed at the plaza for two nights and honestly I wish I could of stayed longer. It was great! I love the town and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I arrived early and I was able to check in early and get a room with no hassle. The only thing I would suggest is maybe have space heater in the rooms it was a bit cold in the night. But other than that. I would come back here and stay again :)
