I booked for a night, when we got there, they couldn't give us a room.due to an overbooking, a software error and the hotel was full. They tried to redirect us to another hotel that didn't accept pets and we traveled with two cats! So we never stayed and will obviously never go back. (Fortunately, we were able to find a room at Comfort Inn.) From what I saw at the reception and bar area, it didn't look as a hotel suited for families, so all in all, I'm glad we didn't stay there. Now waiting for a refund.

The bathroom floor was a little dirty and the elevator is slow. Also, the rooms requires actual keys!

Beau séjour, hôtel propre. Un seul bémol, la musique du bar jusqu'aux petites heures du matin qu'on entendait malgré le fait que nous étions au dernier étage.

Beau secteur de la ville, près du Fjord du Saguenay.

Hotel facile d'accès avec grand stationnement. Il est à noter que les chambres disposent d'un frigo, mais le micro-onde se trouve au bar. Sinon, c'est juste un peu bruyant lors des opérations de déneigement dans la rue.

The room is ok and the staffs are friendly. However, Breakfasts are not included - we were told when we arrived. Although the hotel gave us some discount, it was not convenient and increased our expenses for the vacation.
