房間空調不能開， Wi-Fi 勁弱不能穩定接收

The location is good near termini about 10mins walk. Easy to find food which restaurant nearby. Fair hotel with economical rate. I stayed 3 nights the room is noisy because there is big fan when you turn on. Wifi is far from good. I booked the room with air-con but eventually hotel requested 15euro surcharge per night. The hotel and services provider should mention obviously. By no means everybody would understand it is normal the air-con should include in the room rate as is the hotel facilities with air-con when you book.

Localização incrível, muito próximo da principal estação, é um bairro com restaurantes e bares, além de ser próximo dos principais pontos turísticos. Porem se trata de um acomodação muito antiga, elevador um pouco assustador, e o quarto estava com mau cheiro. Mas em resumo, atendeu as necessidades.

Wife and I first trip to Italy. We both loved the hotel. Very friendly staff.we stayed 5 night and was walking distance from everything.

Hotel péssimo. Totalmente diferente da descrição daqui. O quarto com pouquissimos móveis, com a cama e um armário minúsculo que não cabia nada, uma mesa muito pequena e apenas uma cadeira. Não tem cofre. As malas tiveram que ficar no chão. No banheiro também não tem móveis para deixar as necessaires. A privada entupiu e o chuveiro esfriava sozinho, tínhamos que mexer na torneira o tempo todo pra conseguir manter a temperatura da água. O ar condicionado não funciona. O elevador quebrou e não foi consertado enquanto estávamos lá. Por sorte tem um elevador nos fundos do hotel que é usado para carga e descarga de materiais, que não foi permitido que usássemos mas não obedecemos. Não íriamos descer 5 andares de escada com as malas. O hotel divide os andares com outro hotel! O primeiro, o segundo e o quinto andar são do Altavilla. Terceiro e quarto andar são de outro hotel!

O hotel não fornece conforto, o banheiro estava com vazamento, o aquecedor não estava funcionando. A única coisa boa é que o hotel é muito bem localizado, fica próximo dos principais pontos turísticos.

Quarto limpo,ar funcionando,funcionários cordiais,mas as instalações muito velha,porém tinha restaurante,padaria,lojas e a principal estação do trem Termini era a 2 quarteirões,o que era muito bom pela localização.

A localização é boa, porém a estrutura do hotel e o elevador são bastante antigos. Nossa estadia foi de apenas uma noite e, infelizmente, a experiência foi muito ruim. Durante a madrugada, fomos surpreendidos por muito barulho vindo do quarto ao lado, o que comprometeu completamente o descanso. Além disso, não havia nenhuma forma prática de contato com a recepção — apenas descendo até lá. Não recomendo. Pelo custo-benefício, não valeu a pena.

Room were filthy and dirty, bad smell coming from the toilet so bad we bought a toilet deodoriser to cover it. Poor lighting in the room. No microwave or anywhere to heat food or drinks. The shower head was broken and couldn’t stay up. Toilet so close to the sink my husband couldn't fit properly. Beds were a little shirt for a 5'10 person. Elevator so small 5 people barely fit and so slow we tried the stairs but regretted that because every level is held up with scaffolding.

Quarto amplo. Cama boa. Tive problema com chuveiro no inicio. Tem quantidades de 200 litros de agua por dia apartir dai o chuveiro esfria.

Very old hotel. The room smelled and the beds were not comfortable. I don’t recommend it.

Front desk had no record of our reservation. I had to show my confirmation email in order to get a room. Instead of the 2 twin beds I requested, we were given a single queen bed. The mattress was uncomfortably firm, and the pillows were flat and hard. There was no bath mat in the bathroom to absorb water, and not even an extra towel (1 hand towel for 2 people). The walls are bare and the place looks like a dump.

It’s just okay at best and not in the safest area.

Wen eine spartanische Einrichtung, eine schwache Toilettenspülung, ein Ausblick auf einen industriell anmutenden Innenhof, ein permanent brummendes Nebengeräusch und papierdünne Wände nicht stören, wer also nur ein perfekt für tägliche Ausflüge gelegenes, sauberes Quartier mit sehr guter Matratze sucht, von dem aus man von einem Restaurant ins andere stolpert, der wird darüber wie wir hinwegsehen und die Stadt genießen. Das 24 Stunden anwesende Personal ist sehr nett und bemühte sich umgehend um fehlende Elektrizität im Bad und die widerspenstige Schließanlage. Frühstück haben wir nicht ausprobiert, es gibt einfach zu viele Cafés in der Stadt ☺️

The room was clean and the AC worked like a champ, a very spacious room and walkable to many places, loved that Termini was veeeery walkable.
