Overall, my two\-day stay was good, but it was completely overshadowed by what happened on the last morning at the breakfast buffet\.
I found moldy bread being served\. I immediately brought it to the manager’s attention, expecting him to take the situation seriously\. Instead, he simply took my plate, spoke to the kitchen manager, and had the bread removed from the buffet\.
What disappointed me the most was his complete lack of concern\. He never apologized, never offered me fresh food, and never made any effort to address the situation or reassure me that the problem was being handled properly\. Serving moldy food is a serious health concern, and the response should have reflected that\.
I expected much better customer service from the management\. A sincere apology and a simple gesture, such as replacing my breakfast, would have shown that they cared about their guests’ health and experience\. Instead, I was left feeling ignored and disappointed\.
I hope the hotel improves its food safety standards and trains its staff to respond appropriately to situations like this in the future\.
