This property is dated but is in the renovation process. Check-in was fast; staff extremely helpful to the point of offering to help unload my car. As a solo senior traveler, I would stay here again.

No water in the pool. Comfortable bed. Warm, safe and relaxing.

Slumber Lodge was probably great in 1970; however, it lacks some of the finer qualities of a motel/hotel in the 21st century. If you just need a place to sleep for a couple of days it fits the bill. Staff were helpful and the room was clean. The AC unit was rusted and needed repair as were some of the other amenities but it served our purpose.

Easy check-in & the room was clean. We were just really disappointed that the pool was drained of water & unusable because we specifically chose it for that reason.

I have the family room for 4 adults. Room is clean, beds are comfortable. All in all good.

When we go over they have dog hairs in room not good cleaning

This is a budget motel, but while dated/run-down, the room was clean and quiet. The mattress was clearly newer, and very comfortable. The property was tidy, and felt safe. My only complaint is that the pool was not available, which wasn’t a big problem, but would have been nice to know when booking, not when arriving. I would stay here again.

I was disappointed to find there was no hot water and no windows that I could open. I couldn’t get the air conditioner to work either.

The internet in room was very poor. A very old property that has had no upgrades. It was so bad that I left and found a much nicer room!

This was the most rundown and outdated hotel I've ever seen. Staff are friendly enough but I will never stay here again.

Simple room but clean and easy process.

Room was clean. Wifi good. Good location. Lobby cluttered and dirty. Pool closed and cluttered with trash and dirty flower pots chairs.

The staff was very nice, and when we asked for anything they helpled. Our dogs (all 3) were welcomed with a smile. The room with 3 beds was spacious, but a bit run down. The beds were comfy though and clean. The pool was out of service while there. The area and general 'downtown' was also run down and a bit sketchy. Glad to have our big dog on walks.

Friendly staff, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Pool was closed which was the only downside, but would definitely stay here again. And would recommend to others

Yikes! First off, did not get anywhere close to the room I thought I booked. The room smelled like cigarettes and was freezing cold. The smoke alarm had a plastic bag wrapped around it for the smokers they must let in! We asked the worker about the heat so he turned it up on his end because my husband complained. It took a very long time to get the room half decent and one of the 2 old heaters did not work at all! The room was in pretty scabby shape. Walls had damage and everything dated. No hairdryer even. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable. No extra blankets so thank god I brought some from home or I would have froze to death. Also, there was blood on the corner of the wall in our room. 😳 This motel proves you get what you pay for and in Hope there are many like this….
