Stayed for a 4 day ski trip. It is close to the ski resort and the hotel runs shuttles frequently to and from the resort. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfasts were ready good! Great stay!

The hotel's cleanliness, including a pristine sauna and jacuzzi, and thoughtful details like afternoon Swiss chocolates, contributed to the warm atmosphere. The shuttle service added convenience to our skiing expeditions. Situated close to shops and restaurants, Hotel Vanessa's location is ideal. Hotel Vanessa is excellent!!

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Das Personal, insbesondere im Service, ist sehr gut geschult und überaus freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Eine riesiges Plus ist der Shuttle zu den Bahnen, der das Hotel kostenlos offeriert. Auch der Fahrer aus der Bretagne war äusserst zuvorkommend und nett. Alles in Allem war der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr positiv, obwohl sich die Preise für Schweizer Verhältnisse im oberen Limit befinden.

Practically located close to the slopes although the shuttle services was nice. Very attentive service and a large and comfortable room with all amenities you need. Ski locker and nice, but simple spa.For the price, we will definitely be back.
