Very nice hotel in the centre of Ottawa, a short walk from the parliament buildings and a lively shopping and dining area. We didn't eat in the hotel but had late night drinks in the hotel bar before retiring to our comfy room.

I loved the lounge area in the lobby. Coffee, quick food, morning yogurt. I got in late and could grab a quick bite. My room was very quiet! I slept great. Coffee in room was Nespresso! My window opened which I loved!! Very convenient location

Bed was uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Excellent property and very nice staff. Way better than the overpriced Marriott that is located two blocks away.

Quick overnight stay. Very modern room and courteous staff. Held our luggage after checkout for several hours while attending to business. Definitely will stay again when in Ottawa

Had a great stay! Everything was clean, tidy, and neat. The check-in staff were very friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and helped quickly when one of our room key-cards stopped working (thank you Joseph!). The lounge was a nice relaxing place to grab a drink at the end of the day. We will definitely be back!

The hotel was fine, room was nice and clean and new, but a bit on a small side. Ambiance at the bar is very cheerful. No parking at the hotel, but they have a reserved floor in the parking a short walk away. At the hotel, they charged $30 but the parking, if I entered there myself, would cost me only $20.

Clean and modern. Amazing staff. Parking is a walk maybe not the best for families and seniors.

La température n'était pas uniforme dans la chambre.

La chambre était au 17ieme étage et cela semble affecter la pression de l'eau de la douche car sans suffisamment de pression elle arrête d'elle-meme. Ce fut assez désagréable. Il n'y a aucun frigo dans la chambre, donc difficile de bien conserver les achats nourriture faits dans le lobby. J'ai donc mis mon gruau overnight sur le rebord de ma fenêtre. Sinon, tres bon emplacement et personnel tres courtois.
