Behagelig og koselig hotell i gangavstand til det meste. Nydelig frokost og utsikt fra takterrassen. Kunne ikke bedt om mer på vårt opphold i Arequipa.

Établissement moderne mais néanmoins agréable, calme tout en étant assez bien placé, avec une belle terrasse pour les repas Suite grande et confortable avec un balcon et une salle d’eau un peu petite, certaines chambres donnent en revanche sur le patio intérieur et sont probablement assez sombres

The view of volcanoes was excellent on rooftop restaurant.

Fabulous stay at Palla. Great location with amazing views. The staff were great and our rooms were comfortable and well appointed.

Great stay. Staff our lovely and friendly. Rooftop area is fabulous with amazing views of volcanoes. Breakfast was great . Pool on rooftop is very small , tucked away and I doubt ever used ( cover was on for whole of our stay ) Be aware that the balconies are small and with no view so not worth paying extra for . Overall a wonderful stay and would come back .

Our standard room was clean but the bathroom was pretty small. Overall, it was a good hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful hotel, very close to Arequipa main square. The sun terrace/restaurant area is very pretty with flowers, hummingbirds & stunning views of the volcanoes. Housekeeping are wonderful, with fresh bedding & towels everyday, plus refillable glass water bottles. Quiet hotel, some music noise from nearby but not til late so no problem. Large supermarket only a few minutes walk. Our only issue was that the beds in the 2 roons we stayed in were quite hard, as were the sofas. But overall we would recommended Palla Hotel for a stay in Arequipa.

Love this hotel!

This is a beautiful hotel just a few short blocks from the Plaza de Armas (so close, but quiet). Excellent front desk service, great breakfast on the rooftop terrace with Misti in the background. Best hotel we’ve stayed in our three weeks in Peru.

Es war alles perfekt. Vorallem das immer frisch zubereitete Frühstück hat uns sehr gefallen.
