Clean rooms

Misinformation on the website. They didnt memtion that the waterpark is closed on week days. Also, it wasn't mentioned that there is a separate ticket for waterpark. I paid over 300 for nust 1 night. Lastly, the Waterpark stuff was extremely rude. My daughter was lower than the height where you have to buy a ticket but they forced us to buy the ticket. Overall a very bad experience

Chambre propre et spacieuse

Be aware! Bora bora only opens on weekends in Apeil. We figured out only when we reached hotel. It would be nice to warn the guest at booking time that no indoor water park is open during the week.

Great spot - Next year we will doing the tubing it looked like so much fun

It was a group of us both kids and adults and it was great for all with the tubing, water park and ice hotel it was wonderful.

L’hôtel est bien en soi, cependant, tout est payant. Compte du prix des chambres, il aurait été raisonnable d’inclure au minimum l’accès aux bains spa, comme c’est généralement le cas dans les établissements de ce niveau. L’expérience demeure agréable, mais je ne pense pas la renouveler.

Outstanding view, Outstanding staff. The room is perfectly clean and organized!! You have everything you need its a wonderful place to stay-cation.

The hotel was great, my son enjoyed the arcade and the tubbing as well as visiting the ice hotel. Unfortunately the restaurant selection is really not fantastic. The breakfast restaurant was serving molded waffles. The pizza and pasta restaurant was very basic, felt like it was frozen pizza and lasagna, we ordered parmesan fries and it was two fried squares that you can get at the grocery store.
