L’emplacement de la chambre qui arrive

Nous avions une chambre avec accès direct au jardin central de l'hôtel et nous avons bien aimé.Le chanteur Rémy Langlois a une voix phénoménale et son spectacle est remarquable.La chambre le resto le spa la piscine l'ambiance générale donnent un goût de revenez y. Bravo

Nous étions au 2ième étage car nous voulions avoir un balcon. Pas de chambre au premier de disponible, ma femme est à mobilité réduite et il n’y avait pas d’ascenseur ni de monte charge. Là chambre était bien mais j’ai trouvé que c’était bruyant. Nous avions mis la carte de ne pas nous déranger mais on entendait très bien la femme de ménage passer la balayeuse dans la chambre voisine à 8 hres du matin ?? Au restaurant pour le déjeuner, c’était très bien.

Nous avons vraiment aimé le séjour l’hôtel et vraiment plaisant la seule B moles mon épouse se déplace en chaise roulante il avait beaucoup d’escalier mais rien d’insupportable les palmiers nous a fait oublier ce petit obstacle le personnel était vraiment de courtoisie et nous avons déjeuner,dîner et souper sur place et c’était excellent merci de nous faire connaître de si belles endroits

Les salles de bain manquent d’amour, et en entrant dans la chambre il y avait une senteur de cigarettes, c’est un peu désagréable. Rien à dire sur le personnel!

Belle chambre, service impeccable et l'atrium nous a vraiment laissé l'impression d'etre ailleur. A refaire!

False advertising - paid extra for a room with a fireplace… Upon entering the room was informed that it’s actually just a picture/decoration. There was no tea or coffee in the room, and it had not been properly cleaned. The amenities were severely lacking, heating/AC and all wall plug outlets did not work. Restaurant hours were displayed incorrectly on their websites, and I was wrongly informed of them upon check-in (so, when I went downstairs to their only on-site place, they were no longer serving food)… I then had to go to the bar, where I just barely managed to order some food, last minute… The salad that they brought out was disgusting, soggy, had old mouldy pieces of fruit and veg in it… Additionally, the chicken that was served with the meal (which I also needed to pay extra for) was dry and burnt, and completely inedible - after a long day of travelling, this was rather upsetting! Yet, despite this - the server would not remove the overcharge from my bill…? Then, after the extremely disappointing meal (which the server actually took away and threw in the trash before I could even finish eating it) I was loudly asked by the bartender to give a larger tip… I felt as though I was being publicly shamed and embarrassed in front of the other patrons (because apparently my tip wasn’t big enough for them), even in spite of everything that I had dealt with (regarding the awful food and the negative customer service)… Not a good hotel room - not a good place to stay or eat?!

Great bar, friendly staff, restaurent was ok and pricey for what it is, noisey rooms

Resto tres bon Mon garçons a manger la cote de bœuf au jus ils avait demander saignant ils la reçu La viande tellement tendre toute le monde pigait dans son assiette Mon mari a demandé le lendemain la même choses saignant sauf a reçu medium et plus gros qui a demandé Mais goutait pas la même choses Ont dirait une assiette qui a été retourner sauf réchauffé sa devient la cuisson medium Ont as pas fait de cas

La chambre était propre et super belle . Le restaurant les palmes est succulent .

Le personnel est impatient, veulent me charger des frais supplémentaires pour les enfants mais sur expidia il y a aucune différence de prix qu'on soient 2 ou 4.
