前面幾天都中午出門 下午有人來房間清潔 後面離開前一天 下午回房間已清潔完成 再去買晚餐回來結果門是被打開的 主管道歉說什麼來檢查房間 拜託 我們家當都在裡面欸 多不安全啊 不會再考慮

早餐太簡單，只有土司，水煮蛋

立地は、地下鉄の駅から歩ける範囲ですが、坂があり、暑いときは、結構キツかったです。部屋は、広くて、きれいでした。 口コミでは、過去には？日本語対応のスタッフがいたらしいですが、今回は、いませんでした。 部屋に置いておいたビニール袋（替えの靴を入れておいた袋）を勝手に捨てられました。 早朝、金浦空港へのタクシーの予約をお願いしました。対応してくれたのはありがたかったのですが、料金がかなり高かったです。一人で、荷物も一つだと伝えていたのに大きいタクシーが来て……メーター制ではなくて……早朝だし仕方がなかったのかもしれませんが、少し不信感を覚えました。

The hotel staff are super nice and helpful. They helped carry our bags and gave us very good recommadation of places for dinner. Very good location. Within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping centers, as well the bus station to the airport.

The staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful. The room and facilities were clean and appeared well maintained. In our room, access to the toilet was a bit awkward. The door to the bathroom opened into the bathroom. The location of the sink and toilet did not allow a person to simply enter the bathroom and close the door. You have to enter the bathroom, partially close the door, then slide by the door, to access the toilet. Other than that all the other features were fine.

初めて宿泊しました。近くのホテルが2〜3千円ほどの差で評価が悪かったので、予算より高かったのですが評価の良いこちらのホテルを選びました。他の方のレビュー通り、フロントの方が丁寧に対応してくれます。ホテルのすぐちかくにコンビニあります。2025年に改装工事をしたそうで、新しいホテルに泊まった気分になれました。カーペットやバストイレも清潔で整っていました。キングベッドで1人宿泊には快適です。ガンナムは夜は静かなのでゆっくり過ごせました。 歯磨きやスリッパは有料サービスなので持参するといいと思います。

とても清潔でシャワーとトイレが下手だったのでとてもよかった！お部屋も広く、駅前近くホテルの周辺に美味しいレストランもあり満足！

This was my second visit which means I was satisfied with the hotel. This time the room was not very cleaned when I first moved in but the staff were kind. They are trained better than 5 star hotels. Thank you for your kind hospitality while I was staying. I will come back to your hotel for my next visit to Seoul.

Excellent across the board!

Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Super clean in lobby, elevator, corridors and room. Convenient transportation, make sure you learn how to reserve taxi-Kaokao app. There’s no breakfast despite what the description says.

Great hotel and great staff. Very kind and accomodating. Gave me a gift as well when I checked out which was very nice.
