房間太舊，沖涼是熱水好弱，枕頭形同虛設想攞多個都冇，冇熱水壺可借， 我的房間第二天全日夜都冇wi-fi，還有電梯太舊上落時發出聲響好恐怖，not really a 3-star hotel & not worth for our room rate.

Simple but comfortable rooms in an unbeatable location. Right on the main street and within walking distance of everything. Great choice for exploring the town.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Great location right in the city center with parking close by. We were 4 adults and 1 child and stayed in one of the hotel’s spacious and comfortable Airbnb-style apartments. Decent breakfast. We would definitely come back!

I stayed 6 nights room was not cleaned during this time towels were not changed . I had a hire car the parking cost nearly £13.00 a day , just a 10 minute walk away there is safe all day parking for £2.50 a day. The dining area is accessed by walking outside over wet slippery patio area when it is raining, That's the down side, when I arrived the room was clean very spacious, the shower is great powerful and hot. It is really good for town centre, and the bed was very comfortable . In the dinning area for breakfast the toaster is very very slower in the end I didn't bother waiting it, also the coffee machine was slow and was not working correctly as you had to raise it off your cup when hopefully it was finished this also lead to a queue . So maybe I should of asked for new towels maybe I should of searched for cheaper parking before booking maybe I should of not booked breakfast as there lots of places to eat on the doorstep. But when you book you expect a bit more honesty they should state how much the parking is . It just seemed they are a bit short staffed. However the staff was always polite.

Room and bedding spotless, comfortable bed, security safe included, excellent bathroom and shower and soap etc provided. Great location in town. Good continental breakfast, staff friendly stayed here 3 times never any complaints.

Vi havde et kæmpe værelse med 2 soveværelset stue og køkken, værelset ver meget fint, gang arealet var ved at blive renoveret, et fantastisk sted - centralt beliggenhed, det store værelse- nærmest en lille lejlighed er fantastisk til en familie, også da der var lille køkken 😊 rigtig god oplevelse

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage und befindet sich direkt in der Altstadt. Unser Apartment war sehr sauber und modern. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können es besten Gewissens weiter empfehlen ! Ps: selbst im Fahrstuhl hat es sauber gerochen :)

War sehr zufrieden. Nur die Matratze im recht niedrigen Bett hatte seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Kritik wurde toll aufgenommen. Gerne wieder.

Das Frühstück im angrenzenden Café war jeden morgen ei Highlight. Reichhaltig, frisch und stehts hilfsbereites Personal lieferten einen guten Start in den Tag

Beautiful location and view. The apartment style room was recently renovated and very modern. Comfortable beds. Great for walking town. Breakfast was wonderful and we enjoyed a supper across the street at La Plaza.

Großes, modernes Zimmer (Superior) und Bad. Besonders schön die Sitzecke, der drehbare Fernseher und die großzügigen Ablagen für das Gepäck sowohl an der Garderobe als auch neben dem Kleiderschrank! Große, begehbare Dusche, alles da, was man so braucht. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für einen Städtetrip auch ob der guten Lage direkt an der Fußgängerzone perfekt! Tipp zum Parken: für 2,50€ pro Tag/24h Parkplatz an der Weser neben der Rattenfänger-Halle. 10min Fußweg durch die schöne Altstadt zum Hotel 😀

Raum war leider recht kalt, die laute Lüftung hat nicht geheizt, letzte Rettung war der einzige Heizkörper im Bad. Das Laken war alles andere als sauber. Ansonsten schönes Zimmer

Das Hotel könnte dringend eine Renovierung gebrauchen - abgewetzte Möbel, verdreckte Tapeten und durchgelegene Matratzen. Korrekte Prüfung der Buchung vor einer Zusatzkosten-Anforderung wäre ebenfalls angeraten. Immerhin hat man sich für Letzteres entschuldigt. Und 18€ Parkgebühr für ein Provinzdorf sind deutlich zu viel!
