这家酒店无论服务态度和房间都是非常优秀的，进酒店有人回帮你主动开门，刚刚入住还有免费的欢迎水果，房间采光非常好，视野一流，用的洗漱用品和寝具都是一流的牌子，因为是冬天的气候入住，所以没有试过泳池，早饭可能法国人和英国人比较多，很多都是面包。也许能有很多的选择更好

酒店位置不错，设施比较旧，房间隔音不太好。早餐种类不多。餐厅服务员工作态度马虎。离开酒店那天去餐厅用早餐，规定7点开始，可是按点到达餐厅仍没有食物。由于赶时间去机场，于是只想要一杯热茶，可是招呼了服务员4次，最终都没有喝到一杯热茶。

酒店设施高级，被子舒服，早餐丰富。性价比正常。热水更烫一些更好。房间网络有时略差。

Wonderful stay for our first time in Marrakech. Shopping, dining nearby. Very walkable property with a full spa and Hamman onsite if desired. Had a one hour massage and pedi and the spa is gorgeous and therapists were amazing. The concierge was very helpful and we were given welcome drinks upon check in and they helped arrange a day trip to a beach town during our stay. Hotel is very clean, perfectly decorated in Moroccan style and a breakfast that is included that is delicious and offered plenty of hot and cold selections in a beautiful restaurant off the lobby. Great location as it’s a 10 minute ride to the Medina, a 5 minute walk to a nearby mall and centrally located for other tourist sites such the YSL Museum and Jardin Majorelle which is beautifully landscaped and offers numerous photo opportunities. Our room also had a balcony. Bottled water delivered to our room each day as well that was complimentary. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Camera spaziosa, pulita, silenziosa e confortevole. Personale gentilissimo e professionale. Il buffet per la colazione è ricco e di ottima qualità. Offre anche la possibilità di gustare i classici dolci marocchini a base di frutta secca e miele, i baghrir (pancake/crepe dalle mille bolle), gli harcha e preparano al momento il meshmen (il pane sfogliato). Dispone di due piscine, una sul rooftop con bar annesso. Consiglio anche di cenare al ristorante Patron Do Mer. Dista circa 3 km dalla Medina e il pullman dall'aeroporto si ferma a circa 500 m.

The hotel is okay. The staff are great. You are welcome with complementary fruits and water. The breakfast is okay. The property condition could be improved.

Rummet var väldigt stor och fin. Däremot tyckte jag att de hade inte att erbjuda till frukost .

Superbe séjour entre amis, hôtel avec du charme. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable toujours le sourire. Je recommande sans hésitation.

We hebben een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad. Een speciale vermelding voor het personeel bij het ontbijt; de dame die de Marokkaanse pannenkoeken maakte was bijzonder vriendelijk en gastvrij. Absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar. Jammer genoeg werkte de koelkast op onze kamer niet, maar verder waren we erg tevreden.

Tout a été parfait du début à la fin ! Et le restaurant de poisson juste waouhhh Je recommande cet hôtel !

Stayed for one night. Front desk was helpful and kind, contributing to the hospitality here. Breakfast was super versatile and rooftop was gorgeous, especially during sunset.

Super service, belle chambre moderne et bien. Équipée. Douche a rénover : bouchée et joint noir impression de sale, petit déjeuner bon mais peu être améliorer. Spa magnifique et massage au top! Rooftop superbe et bonne ambiance, je ne regrette pas !
