Toppenboende! Härlig, tillmötesgående och rolig personal. Hit åker vi tillbaka nästa gång vi är i Palma.

Mycket trevlig personal som skapade en välkomnande miljö både i receptionen och i restaurangen/baren. Härligt med terrass och pool på taket, en lugn och skön oas att koppla av på. Frukosten var magiskt bra. Hotellets låg perfekt, med promenadavstånd till allt du kan tänkas önska av Palma.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Die Lager ist perfekt, man erreicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß und ist auch schnell am Strand. Das Restaurant Rizzi ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Wir haben sehr lecker dort gegessen. Typisch italienischer Koch.

room 1 is noisy. charging €4 for a bottle of water in the room is a bit much - most better hotels would provide a bottle gratis! the bose speaker was good for music

The outstanding part of staying at the BO Hotel were the staff. They were so inviting on arrival, polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Great staff, excellent location, would definitely recommend.

Good overall the staff are great just request upper rooms, as street level and restaurant noise/music can be loud

Overall, it’s a great place to stay with a nice personal touch as all the staff are very nice and accommodating it’s right in the inner city super close to all restaurants etc

Our room was a good size, bright and airy (not always possible in Palma) and perfectly clean. The hotel team were fab. However a major disappointment was the breakfast; we’ve had much better in other hotels in Palma. The buffet selection was poor, unappealing and often ran out. We were surprised given that the hotel is linked to Ritzi restaurant.The hot food not particularly enjoyable sadly. And on one day only one waitress on breakfast shift to attend to many guests; she was run off her feet and clearly couldn’t cope. We really felt for her. Sadly we won’t be returning but only because of the breakfast.

Great hotel! We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were spotless. Bed was comfortable. Great bathroom and shower. Can't beat the location as you are a couple minutes walk to the harbor, the Cathedral, dozens of cafes and restaurants, shopping, Old Town, etc. Staff was super-friendly and helpful. Loved the rooftop terrace. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Palma

Hotel is in a very convenient position in the heart of the old town. Staff were very welcoming and breakfast was very good.
