Avoid this hotel at all costs. We prepaid £750 for a three-night stay for my birthday weekend and were out of the room within 30 minutes. It was so rundown, tired, uncomfortable, and made us feel genuinely unsafe, so we immediately booked alternative accommodation rather than spend a single night there. The so-called “balcony” is misleading and bears little resemblance to what’s advertised. The photos create a completely false impression of the property, which is nowhere near worth the premium price they’re charging. To make matters worse, despite us not staying a single night, the hotel refused any form of refund or goodwill gesture. The location is the only positive, but that’s not enough to justify the price when there are far better hotels nearby for the same money. Save yourself the disappointment and book elsewhere.

Todo muy limpio, la ubicación es excelente y tiene aire acondicionado. Lo único fue que el check out es a las 11, eran 11:10 y ya me estaban corriendo del cuarto . Creo que había maneras más cordiales de hacerlo . Lo demás excelente . Si volvería .

Fabulous location for parking, eating and sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable with super air conditioning. The staff were very accommodating.

The location is a 10 out of 10, perfect location everything in old town is 6-10 min walk. Buses and taxis all very close . The only complaint is the very , and I say very firm mattress. For us they were uncomfortable and due to this we had poor sleep with sore shoulders. Other than this the place is great.

Sehr sauber und wahnsinnig freundliche Leute. Leider alte Betten und Kissen, deshalb nicht so bequem. Aber wir kommen gerne wieder weil Lage und Service wirklich unglaublich gut waren.

Great location and handy discount for nearby underground parking. Staff were very helpful and the rooms spotless. Would stay here again when returning to San Sebastián.

とても満足です！またサンセバスチャンに来ることがあったら、もう一度ここに泊まります。 バル巡りをするのにとても便利な場所です。しかし騒音で眠れないことはありません。周囲は静かです。ただ、別の部屋に出入りする音や廊下の足音は響くので、かなり神経質な人は気になるかもしれません。 こんなに旧市街に近い場所ですから、たくさん食べて飲んで、疲れたらホテルで休んで…という目的の方が多いと思います。そういった方にはとってもオススメです！！ ホテル内はとても清潔ですし、けっこう広々しています。ベッドはフカフカです。 シンプルな内装ですが、欲しいところに棚やテーブルがあります。 共用スペースには電子レンジやコーヒーマシンがあって便利です。 受付のスタッフの方が英語で明るく親切に対応してくださり、楽しい旅になりました。 疲れたらいつでも部屋に帰って休める安心感は、海外旅行にはとても大事です。 満足するまでバル巡りをして、お腹がいっぱいになったらサクッと部屋に戻って昼寝して、また街に繰り出す…という過ごし方ができて、この街を満喫できました。

Great location and very friendly, helpful staff who made the stay pleasant. Unfortunately, the rooms were a bit disappointing and the AC didn’t work, which made it uncomfortable at times. Overall, good service and location, but the rooms could use improvement.
