Breakfast was crazy, not the hotels fault but children running around while you’re trying to carry hot food & drinks really isn’t great! That was our only ‘moan’ the hotel is really lovely and we’d definitely stay again.

Simplesmente incrível. Passei por um problema com meu motohome e precisei ficar 4 dias na hospedagem. Foi um presente de Deus. Pois tivemos muitos problemas com a empresa de motohome que não nos prestou socorro. Viver esses dias aqui salvou nossa viagem.

We have been coming for the past five years and we are very happy with the attractions included as we are a family with kids. However we see a slight downfall in the sense that when we start coming also aqualiandia was included (no longer). Terra Mitica had an uplift however. But now the parking is no longer included (inside) which made the entrance horrible - and more expensive for us as the hotel is located far from the city and it’s a must with parking. So although the hotel had a nice facelift and a few things got better we felt it was more value for money before. Now it’s just getting more and more expensive. With that sense we are still happy with the hotel and as long as the attractions are part of the hotel we will keep coming back as the kids loves the parks (terra mitica and mundomar).

Desayuno magnifico, habitacion siempre limpia con un excelente servicio. Volveremos! Experiencia inolvidable considerando el acesso a terra mitica ♡

Como puede ser que un hotel de esta categoría ponga en una habitación de 4 personas de cama una supletoria que era un sofá cama donde no se podía dormir? Me parece sinceramente de una calidad malísima, una mala experiencia. No sé entiende

Clean rooms, good atmosphere and relaxing. Restaurants in hotel might need some push up on food and service. Overall a fine hotel in the hills of Alicante/Benedorm….without mass tourism. Was great to get complimentary tickets to the amusement park next door. Nice touch for families.

Trevlig personal, jättegod frukost och mycket att välja på. Blir kö till frukosten efter 09 30 och mycket folk och högljudnivå, men annars bra om man kommer tidigare och vill ha lite lugn och ro. Rummet kunde städas bättre. Alltid kvar odiskade glas, koppar från dagen innan och bord torkade inte och smulor damm kvar. Allt som allt mycket bra hotell och vi hade en jättetrevlig upplevelse.

Tyvärr levde hotellet inte upp till förväntningarna. Servicen var dålig och frukosten var inget speciellt. AC:n stängdes av och sattes på hela tiden, vilket var mycket störande. Rummet kändes dessutom ofräscht. Vi bodde precis under hotellets utomhusscen, vilket innebar hög musik fram till klockan 00.00. Dessutom hördes både folks steg och dans tydligt ner till rummet, vilket gjorde det svårt att koppla av och sova. Jag kommer tyvärr inte att bo här igen.

Avaliação: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) Infelizmente, a nossa experiência neste hotel de 4 estrelas ficou bastante abaixo das expectativas. Durante uma das diárias, o quarto não foi devidamente limpo. A equipa limitou-se a retirar o lixo e a deixar apenas duas toalhas, apesar de a reserva ser para quatro hóspedes. A cama ficou por fazer e o quarto permaneceu desarrumado. O atendimento também deixou muito a desejar. De forma geral, o staff mostrou-se pouco prestável e pouco disponível para ajudar, transmitindo pouca preocupação com a experiência dos hóspedes. No Bar Sirocco, aguardámos mais de 40 minutos para sermos atendidos e, posteriormente, mais de 40 minutos para conseguir pedir a conta. Um tempo de espera completamente desproporcional para um hotel desta categoria. O Kids Club foi outra desilusão. Durante as quatro noites em que estivemos hospedados, encontrava-se sempre encerrado, impossibilitando que as crianças usufruíssem de um serviço amplamente divulgado pelo hotel. O pequeno-almoço também foi uma experiência bastante desagradável. A sala encontrava-se extremamente lotada, dando a sensação de um refeitório pela quantidade de pessoas. Além disso, encontrámos uma embalagem de manteiga com bolor, situação que reportámos imediatamente aos funcionários. Também havia muitas moscas a sobrevoar os alimentos, o que transmite uma sensação de falta de higiene e cuidado com a área de restauração. Os únicos pontos realmente positivos são a excelente localização, junto ao Terra Mítica.

The perfect hotel to base yourself to access the local parks. Free entry to Terra Mitica too. We’re looking forward to our next visit there.

Hotel tem boas instalações, mas o atendimento e precário. Tem poucos funcionários para atender a quantidade de hóspedes e quartos, pelo tamanho do hotel. Não parecia um hotel de bandeira Sheraton. O frigobar em todos os quartos não gela, apenas conserva. Levei uma medicação que precisava de refrigeração e tive que deixar no bar do hotel, sendo totalmente desconfortável ter que buscar e guardar todos os dias e sem saber se estava bem conservado.

Excellent séjour , nous avons l'habitude d'y aller. Toujours une réussite, la piscine , les animations, les places pour les parcs. Rien à dire , tout est parfait. Seul petit bémol, s' il faut vraiment dire quelque chose, c est le parking couvert devenu payant.

The sofa bed was terrible, it was so uncomfortable . It had a massive dent, so much so that I struggled to sleep and ended up with a really sore back. They have also introduced paying for parking for the first time in years.

Good-sized rooms, clean, and with a great view. Breakfast has multiple choices and the staff is very friendly. Parking outside is free, but space is limited.
