曾電郵查詢到酒店的交通狀況, 但沒有回覆, 閣樓睡房房間樓底低, 雖然有警告標誌, 但不太明顯, 經常頭部撞到橫梁受傷, 酒店又沒有提供清潔服務, 聲稱一星期才做清潔, 又沒有提供每天的日用品, 包括廁所廁紙等, 房間呎吋與訂房不符。

位置佳，到舊城步行只要5分，房間是設計於閣樓，很有特色。客廳及廚房設備廚具完善。舒服及清潔。只是洗手間浴室較細。

Great location. just less than 10 mins walk to the old town. The Apartment is very decent and comfortable. Although I had spent only one night there, I had a pleasant stay.

Sijainti täydellinen. Huone hintaansa nähden erittäin hyvä,oon ennenkin ollu ja tuun kyllä taas uudestaan. Uuni vois kyllä olla tai mikro. Plussaa kylpytohveleista. Suosittelen kaikin puolin, tosi kiva hotelli ja kiva ku voi itekki kokkailla.

Helppo saavutettavuus vanhan kaupungin vieressä. Siisti huone. Parvella lämmintä. Ruokapöytänä vain sohvapöytä.

Excellent location. Easy access to the old town, Rotterman district and the port. 20 mins from the airport. Room was clean, warm and cosy. Ideal for a short stay. Check In was very quick.

Hotelli on hyvin vanha ja se on remontoitava. Suihkun lähellä oleva lattia oli turvonnut, eikä suihkun ovi mennyt kiinni. Suihku on hyvin pieni, jopa minulle, kun pituuteni on 158. Ei ole mikroa. Toisessa kerroksessa kattokorkeus on enintään 160 cm korkea. Keittiössä on hyvin vähän astiat. Tämä hotelli ansaitsee alhainen luokitus. Emme palaa siihen enää koskaan.

Sijainti on erittäin hyvä lähellä satamaa ja vanhaa kaupunkia, kaikki palvelut löytyvät läheltä. Huoneessa on pieni keittiönurkkaus, josta löytyy liesi, jääkaappi, vedenkeitin, kahvinkeitin ja pari pikakahviannosta sekä perusvälineet ruuan laittoon ja astioita.

I liked the location near the Old Town of Tallinn, and the location near the Port of Tallinn with connections to Finland. My Delta Flight was cancelled at 2300 hrs. on July 29th due to mechanical problems, resulting in the loss of one day room booking. I would have appreciated better Customer Service at Angleterra Apts.for discounted evening bookings. I ended up staying for additional 5 days across the street at Bravo Hotel/Spa. Facilities. Angleterre was overall Good, however Management did not seem to convince me of any more personnel help, and left me to seek other accommodations. I have had two successful businesses over15 years. I always believe that the customer came first, and word of mouth is what drove traffic to my stores. Angleterre Apts. should emphasize more Care in up-selling this excellent location, and think more outside of the box when it comes to customer satisfaction versus black and white Policy and Procedures.

The staff were very considerate of my religious needs and were happy to turn lights on/off for me on the sabbath.

The room was really hot. Way too hot. The ad said the hotel had been renovated. I assumed air conditioning was standard these days. There was no air conditioning. You can't be in the room if the outside temperature is over 23.
