This hotel is a gem — clean, modern yet also classic in the heart of the casco viejo or old town of Panama City. There is beautiful live piano music which greets you upon check in, an excellent breakfast buffet and a lovely rooftop pool and pool bar. Staff is super friendly too. Highly recommend.

Got in on a red eye. Wouldn’t let us check into a room until 3pm unless we wanted to pay for an extra night. The rooms surrounding the lounge/dining area are loud. There is someone playing music from 7am throughout the entire day until late evening. The rooms in the back were quieter. The food was good. Breakfast buffet also really good.

Hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Casco Viejo BUT beware!! We were charged for an overpriced $10 candy bar from the mini-bar that we did not eat. When I brought this up to the front desk they would not help us remedy this and charged me. Our cab driver said this is a frequent problem at this hotel and it has a reputation for that. Also, the interior rooms are blasted with music from the lobby early in the morning to late at night making a full night sleep impossible. For these reasons I do not recommend this hotel.

This was a beautiful hotel in the perfect location. The customer service was excellent as well.

I really enjoyed the hotel. I enjoyed the food, drinks and entertainment. The pool was another matter, for such a top rated hotel the pool was worse than any other hotel I have stayed. In the pictures it looked beautiful but when we went up, it was very disappointed. Everything else was great. I really picked you guys because of the pool. I wanted to get in a pool but yours like I said disappointed me.

Spacious and modern room with large bathroom and nice shower. Beautiful music during the day and evening. Excellent breakfast buffet and on-site dining. Pool and pool bar were lovely. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Central Panama hotel was fantastic. Right across from the Herrera Central Park where all kinds of events happen. The hotel is very clean and elegant. Live soft music plays in the lobby every day, wheater a guitar, piano or trumpet players suit the guests ears while they dine or relax. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Staff are very kind, they go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay 😀

During our stay we received top service and overall hotel is clean and food is amazing I recommend it 100%

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Relaxing, clean and sophisticated vibe there. Central location can’t be beat. So comfortable! We liked the breakfast buffet as well. Staff was friendly. Would stay again! Very pleased :)

Incrível! Localização excelente, bem no coração de Casco Viejo (centro antigo). Apartamento espaçoso, muito confortável e muito limpo, com ar condicionado muito eficiente e totalmente silencioso. Banheiro grande e chuveiro maravilhoso. Roupas de cama e banho de excelente qualidade e com cheiro de limpeza, que traz imediatamente conforto e aconchego. Equipe de funcionários muito atenciosa e prestativa.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. Great location and atmosphere.

Front office staff was great. Be careful with bartenders. They are not transparent about alcohol prices and don’t tell you they’re out of the regular and give you top shelf at $50 a shot. When you address the issue, they’re rude and dismissive. We certainly didn’t expect the tab comped or anything, but meeting us in the middle somewhere would have been nice!
