Stayed in room 429, it was not facing the main street directly, but it was loud, the trams are running every 2 mins or so. I wasn't impressed with the quality of the breakfast, but the room was quite fine, bed comortable and I appreciated local news channels were available. Overall, I think there are better options in the neighbourhood and I'll look elsewhere when I'm in Lodz again

Room was clean, we didn’t stay for breakfast so I can’t tell about it, location is good - the heart of Łódź. We ordered food to the hotel, and courier said the hotel staff had a big problem with leaving our deliveries at the desk

Good value budget hotel. Room was limited, but adequate. Good shower, but shower head and plug needed cleaning.

Lots of attention paid to details. Very clean - towels could be less worn though. Very nice staff, eg Alexander *****. Good value.

Trevligt hotell med bra läge intill stora shoppinggatan. Fräsha rum med luftkonditionering. Tyvärr rätt hårda sängar men det gick. Frukosten va bra förutom att brödet var torrt. Smidigt med parkering på baksidan av hotellet.

Vi stannade en natt. Barnfamilj med 2 vuxna och 2 barn. Prisvärt och bra läge mitt i stan med parkering tillgänglig. Lite obekväm säng och det fanns inget lås till toaletten men annars väldigt nöjda.

This is a lovely hotel. It’s clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming, always on hand to help out . It’s very centrally located and great value for money

Fueron muy amables con un cambio de noche previo que realizamos dos veces y no les constaba. Personal amable, estancia tranquila gracias a ellos.

　２３時３０分の到着だったけれど、前客２組がスタッフと揉めていて、チェックインを後回しにされ部屋に入ったのは１時間後だった。しかも、支払い済み宿泊料が未納と言って、請求された。 　翌日確認用に領収証を送ったけれど、「問題は解決した」の一言で非を認めることも謝罪もなかった。 　部屋は特に問題なく、ＷｉＦｉがＵＰ５０Ｍｂｐｓ程度あった。欧州は春から秋にかけては日中と夜間の寒暖差が大きくよるは少し寒かった。
