very close to the cathedral. everything in walking distance. very conenient. the room is small. very basic. not much facilities. location is good. Do not expect more other than that.

頂樓吃早餐看聖母百花教堂風景一級棒，不過陽光稍為強烈。 年輕店員帥有禮貌。出旅館門口有連鎖冰淇淋店。房裡的電視好像是壞的沒收訊。浴室是使用浴簾，水容易濺出。

第一天下午接待我们的是一位nice的大叔，会对我们的行程提一些贴心的建议（推荐饭店、景点等），因为是蜜月也贴心地做了布置，晚上换成了一位小帅哥，因为房间没有烧水壶所以我们去问他要了热水，在他的带领下我们来到了一个露台，这个露台上可以看到超美的圣母百花大教堂的view（同时这个露台也是第二天早餐的地方），第二天换了一个比较严肃的大叔值班，因为酒店不提供晚餐我们提出想带一点食物去露台上吃被拒绝，理由是只能在露台上吃维拉尼提供的酒水和饮料，maybe很快他们就会提供餐饮服务，呵呵哒，因为第二天火车比较早所以我们忘记付了城市税，城市税是2.5欧/人/晚。酒店发邮件过来说自动从信用卡上扣除了。总体而言，酒店设施条件一般，看得出来时间比较久了，服务的话还是比较喜欢第一天的小帅哥，第二天的大叔对不起啦谁让你一直对我们say no呢，建议如果是蜜月的话可以选择其他较新的酒店或者B&B。

Breakfast was good, room was clean and view was incredible. Shower pressure was spotty and temperatur hard to control. Room was HOT, left window open all night and that was enough to stay cool.

Best location near all the action

Its a 2 star hotel so temper expectations. People were very nice. It has an elevator to reception so 0 steps. We had a triple family room with a big window that overlooked the duomo. Location was awesome. Mild street noise but easy to keep our window open. Little worn but the room fit 3 adults fine. Room was very clean. Beds comfortable. The bath room was tiny. Excellent towels. Water pressure was inconsistent and we had a couple of luke warm showers. Breakfast was ok. But they had a nice coffee machine. Selection was limited. This is a small 2 star that tries very hard to spruce up. They had a wonderful lounge and terrace area with a view of the city. Given the hotel is tiny, that was a benefit if you didnt want to stay in ypur room. This is a small 2 star that tries very hard to spruce up. Utilitarian. I personally like a tad more luxury for price to value. But overall we had a very pleasant stay with dozens of excellent restaurants within 3 minutes.

Really clean, communicative and friendly staff.

Room was spotless! Front desk staff was amazing, incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond I was very impressed!!

Great location, but extremely uncomfortable and noisy. At night, the smell of sewer invades the hallways and rooms. If you value city center location, this might be a good choice, but if you value comfort over location, this should not be the first choice.

Nice room, great staff

Lack of maintenance and proper cleaning makes this one of the worst hotels i have ever visited. Strong smell of smoke, everywhere, windows that do not close properly, shower does not work, it is dirty(!). Shower curtain was brownish on the bottom, walls and curtains were obviously and disgustingly dirty. The bed blanket was very nasty.

Perfect location. Breakfast was fine. The view was great from the ROOFTOP not from the room like it was advertised. Staff were very friendly. Rooms are way smaller, like a dorm almost. No noise canceling walls. I could hear everything in that hallway, doors slammed keys jingling. People talking. I was startled awake so many times. But they do hold your luggage after check out.

Place is dirty. Felt so grimy. Treat yourself and spend a few extra dollars unless you want that motel 6 dirty experience and have to worry if okay to step on the ground. Worst thing is they don’t even provide slippers but I been to Japan and brought my own just in case cause I have that feeling im stepping on mold or going to get athlete’s foot. And don’t even begin with the shower. Maybe it was just my unit or cleaning was off so take this with a grain of salt and enjoy if you stay :)

Very simple and clean hotel right in the middle of the action. The best hotel staff I have ever witnessed. True Italian hospitality that reminded me of home. Location near great restaurants and the Duomo made this the perfect spot in Florence.
