早晚餐很好

Onsen facilities are a bit old but clean as a whole. Dinner is very good. Service is outstanding.

Good service, nice Japanese food, great location ,three min on foot from station.

This is my second time to stay this traditional Japan hotel. I stay 2 night to visit the wonderful Hakone. See you next time!❤️

酒店雖然有點舊，但非常整潔。房間應有的有。女主持人。有禮。有效率。喜出望外如下。酒店近強羅站。步行可到。。提供個室風呂。無另外收費。晚餐豐富。早餐豐富。沒有景觀。附近沒有夜市和溫泉街可行。

員工有禮有善，早餐和晚餐都很豐富。

非常好的位置，對工作人員非常友善, 只有一項建議 : 沒有電梯設施，樓梯應安裝坡道設施以解決問題......

一汨二食很好吃。晚餐只能選6時/6時半開始。很近強羅站。房間很大很舒適,有電視。旅館沒有電梯。洗手台距離廁所有點遠, 如廁後洗手不方便。

地點方便，品嚐晚餐和早餐的和風料理，亦有私人風呂，職員態度良好，入住當晚經歷颱風吹襲，大風大雨，難忘的一晚。

Great location. 3 mins walk from Gora station, please note need to get through a tunnel with few steps of stairs. The room size is suitable and comfortable. While you need to get to guestroom by climbing stairs. So please aware your luggage weight. Onsen is good. Please make your reservation at the front.

服務人員親切有禮,飯店乾淨清潔,飯店位置就在強羅車站步行3分鐘左右即可到達. 大浴場為室內浴場.個人湯屋為半露天式,

強羅館是位於箱根交通的中間位置，對遊覽箱根入住的好位置，而旅館與強羅站非常近，雖然要上落樓梯及上一段小斜路，但路程5分鐘之內。 另外，住宿環境也算整潔，緊記入住要登記浸私湯時間，因房間內只有洗手間。其實公眾浴池在任何時間也可用，因這旅館只有八間房，各房間也訂好浸私湯的時間，所以有些時間，所謂公眾浴池，也如私湯無分別，因沒有人使用。 一泊二食很豐富，吃得很飽，料理也很精美，總括來說，強羅館的住宿是物有所值。

一間實而不華的溫泉旅館，服務非常好。唯一缺點是私人風呂的水溫有點過熱，未能與小朋友享用。

Good location only 5 mins walk from station. The map on hotel.com is wrong. Search with google map. Includes a satisfying japanese style dinner and breakfast, make sure you save enough time to enjoy!

很好的旅館，傳統的日式旅館. 職員態度親切，有禮，細心，早餐和晚餐都很好味. 就近強羅車站，方便.

距離強羅車站很近， 入住時會填個人湯屋預約時段，表單上也會顯示晚餐(18:30)、隔天早餐(08:00)用餐時間 用餐前也會在打電話通知，服務很周到。 但，不論是大廳或是客房幾乎無法連上wifi

Both the breakfast and dinner presentation are good. It is a 8 course dinner, serving one by one. However, you must allow enough time to enjoy it.

The Hotel is very near to the Gora Station - just about 5 minutes walk. Although the host could not speak too fluent English - they tried their best to help and accommodate our needs. Dinner time is fixed to around 6pm but the dinner included a variety of special Japanese dishes. The room is neat and tidy, with tea served twice a day. Although the room does not have a private shower - we may have the shower in their private at reserved times. Overall - a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Love Hakone!

2 parking lot upfront, this hotel locates right outside the gora station. Very convenient. Spa amenity is good.

I had a wonderful time here, the atmosphere was quiet and felt very traditional. The baths were wonderful, and I enjoyed many long soaks over my two day stay. The food was absolutely incredible, there was so much but I couldn't stop eating it. The variety of dishes and care in which they were presented was a truly memorable experience and I will definitely go back. The location is quite close to Gora station and the cable car, and a short (but steep) walk up the hill to Hakone Park, which was absolutely stunning with fall colors.
