Room was clean. Staff were friendly, and breakfast was a treat.

It was a very pleasant place to stay. I enjoyed especially the staff were very friend to get the front desk. There is a lot of things around there especially a silver screen theatre and Costco. The people wanna shop just that everything just seems to be around there. You don’t have to go too far to go to a restaurant but Kelsey was great,We went there alsowe seen Keg was there.

Breakfast was great. Could not use the hot tub as the staff had to close it because someone put soap in it Liked getting the text msg of this issue.

Good place to stay

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Key cards had to be reprogrammed right after first check-in. Also had to go back down the second day to have them reprogrammed again. Other than keycard issues it was a nice place to stay.

We stay here for hockey. Especially Sudbury. This is a hockey friendly hotel. When 90% of the Sudbury hotels are not. Also Great location and clean.

It’s rated as a 5 star…. The hotel room : the bathroom tile had a big chunk missing out of the floor , in which was directly located outside the shower , my partner hit his toes on it (lucky it didn’t slice ) as it was extremely sharp , the hall light in the room didn’t have power and the ac in the room did not work properly . We were then switched to another room after telling the front desk , to then see the floor in the bathroom had dirt and mildew built up around the bath tub. Considering the price of the room , very disappointed.

The night front staff was very friendly and welcoming. We did not like the breakfast as the eggs were awful.

Room clean, awesome breakfast

Over all satisfied

One of the bed was dirty when we first came in (blankets and pillow case). The front desk came up right away to change the sheets. The elevator was out of service. Staff were very nice and helpfull.

Very clean, spacious rooms. Very happy with our stay
