The location of this hotel is perfect for tourists interested in musical and museum events. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the most exciting sites in Vienna's old town. The hotel is NOT luxury but comfortable and affordable to stay. The breakfast provided by the hotel is excellent, although there are no other restaurants in the hotel.

Hotel is located in convenient location, walkable distance to almost all major tourist attractions (Opera, St. Stephen's Cathedral, St. Charles Church, Albertina, Hofburg Palace, etc.). Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Overall, I was super happy with my stay. Would definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend to others!!!

酒店近市中心， 十分方便。前台職員服務良好，還幫我們訂車去機場。酒店的早餐超讚，竟然有三文魚。下次來維也納旅行，一定會再訂這間酒店。

酒店位置极佳，步行5分钟即到金色大厅、卡尔广场和主要景点，周围环境优雅，吃饭的地方很多。酒店的早餐丰富，入住当天恰逢假期，免停车费，性价比超高的酒店。

附近有超市，樓下就係Europecar，15分鐘內步程可以去晒絕大部分維也納市嘅景點，兩分鐘步程有輕鐵站 或 租單車port位

Location was very central to everything. Hotel looked a little tired. Breakfast was just ok. Staff were friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was good and bed was comfortable. We had a fine stay there but I think I would try a different hotel next time.

The staff were very nice and the location was perfect for sight seeing and great restaurants. However, the room was not entirely clean. There was a wasp in our room upon arrival, and under the sheets the mattress was quite dirty with hair and stains.

Ótima localização, perto da karlsplatiz. O prédio antigo é um charme. Quartos amplos, mas tinha desnível no teto por causa do telhado que atrapalhava tomar banho (quem era alto não conseguia ficar 100% reto em pé). Bom café da manhã. Atendentes muito prestativas.

Hotel is in a great location and is walking distance to shops and places to visit. Our room was cleaned everyday. Air conditioning is an older model and was confusing to operate but got there in the end. Staff at the reception were very friendly and so was the housekeeper. Breakfast menu is continental with selection of pastries, breads, fruits, cereal, yogurt along with coffee and fruit juice. Unique experience was with the breakfast attendant who was insistent that our package did not include breakfast although I explained it did. She said we had to pay €24 each for our family. I just said OK as other guests started to look at us with a thought that I’d settle this with hotel staff afterwards. Interestingly as I was getting food she had asked me to sign the bill/voucher for our breakfast (can’t this wait atleast after we eat?). This bothered me and double checked on my phone that what we paid for in this hotel included the breakfast buffet which it did. As Austria is the 5th country in our itinerary in our Europe trip, we have a listing of the amenities we have in all the hotels we booked including all receipts. I went back to show the payment receipt to clarify with the breakfast attendant who unfortunately was not interested. Right after we ate, I spoke to hotel staff at the reception who confirmed that our stay is inclusive of breakfast. She also apologised about the issue regarding the breakfast. Overall, our stay in this hotel was pleasant.

Sentral beliggenhet, gode fasiliteter og veldig hyggelige ansatte.

Vi hade kylskåp på rummet / lägenheten. Allt var av äldre kvalitet på rummet men det var rent och fint. Sängen var skön.

Excelente hotel! Muy recomendable ir si vas a turistear, tiene todo en muy buenas condiciones, el personal muy amable y te ayudan con todo. La ubicación es perfecta porque llegas a todos lados caminado y si tomas el metro esta cerca la estación.
