The space waa clean, well equipped, and walkable. The staff was friendly, resourceful and very reaponsive. The ground is beautiful and well kept. The only reason i give 4 atars is the furniture (not the bed) in my room was very worn down and uncomfortable to sit.

First of the staff went above and beyond to be accommodating, their communication was next level (shout out to Tais, who even decorated my daughter’s bedroom when she found out it was her birthday!) My view was amazing (obviously I booked an oceanview, beachfront room) steps from the beach. There’s an on site restaurant which is convenient (though don’t choose menu online as inaccurate as we’re open/close times) as well as another right next door. There is a *great* coffee/breakfast/grocery place 1 min walk away - but it’s pricey. Pool is nice, very clean. Very close to bridge with golf cart. Would recommend.

This was a GREAT choice! The room was updated. The staff kept the area clean. We woke up to the sunrise and the ocean view (also had two patios). James did a great job with the check-in. You can get a "breakfast pack" so you won't go without food in the morning. But there are several dining options within walking distance. This is a great value. There is a SCUBA shop within walking distance, and Road Runner golf cart is on site as well. We had our room cleaned just once (you have to request it), and the staff is very friendly. You are near town (with a golf cart). A great choice if you have never been to San Pedro, like us. Thank you, James, for the extra help and for making a great facility.

Everything was really nice.

Sargasum is just reality. But it should not spoil your visit. The check in process was a bit hectic, but the team was able to correct the matter. The handled stocking the room and making the stay special. Very kind people and very helpful.

The only thing that I really didn’t like was the smell in the area and there need to be more activity in the area

The staff and grounds were excellent. They greeted us with a tour and made our stay great. The condo was clean and well appointed.

It had everything we needed and an ocean view. The pool was also nice, and the staff is terrific.

Wonderful

I literally don’t have one complaint. I came to Belize for my birthday and starting weeks out, Tres Cocos was in communication with me, explaining how everything would work and seeing if we had any special requests or needed accommodations. While there, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The room was beautiful with an ocean view. The pool was clean and cute, right next to a bar and food. The front desk staff was always available. Everything was perfect and I am glad to have stayed here!

Absolutely amazing. Great property. Amazing condo (2 bedroom, 2 bath AND 2 patios!!). great property. Great communication. Nice to have the restaurant and bar on property (with pool, darts and games and great food, service and drinks). Just north of town so great location between town and secret beach. We had an issue in the unit that they responded to so quickly. I’m definitely staying here again !

Staff here are amazing, everyone from front desk to the cleaners and the landscape guys. These guys truly care about your experience. My only complaint was I wish I had stayed in a more upgraded unit, I knew it’d be basic but it was a little beyond that. It ended up being fine and we had a wonderful time.

Very comfortable rooms, spacious and clean. Great Helpdesk in the main office. There’s a restaurant and bar on site next to the pool which was so convenient. Pharmacy, massage studio, restaurants, and coffee shop within walking distance.

Amazing stay at Tres Cocos resort. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath room m had everything we needed for a family trip. Management helped with transportation, restaurant ideas and was perfectly situated on the Island.

I absolutely loved my stay at Tres Coco! The staff was great, Doghouse drinks and food was amazing. I would definitely recommend!

What we expected. Clean, comfortable, helpful staff. Convenient location. Sargassum was way worse than expected creating an odor over entire area, but not much the condo could do about it. It was a problem on the Winward side of the entire island.

Tres Cocos was the perfect location for our San Pedro stay! The staff was super friendly and communicative, the condo was clean and comfortable and the location of the property is great for exploring town as well as North side of the island. We will definitely book here again!

The 2 bedroom unit was perfect for myself and adult son 2 veranda . Washer dry in unit was very convenient as we travel light. Staff was very helpful with everything. Cart delivered to property. Pickup at watertaxi and taken to airport . Communication was the best .sargassum was disappointment but not unique to this property

Just be mindful of windy and seaweed season. Otherwise perfect location. Property is a little older whoever well maintained and clean. The kitchen has most of what we needed and full size fridge.
