开房的时候前台就一个人，效率低到令人发指！我们全家精疲力尽就想尽快到房间休息一下，但是开房居然开了整整一个小时！一直让我稍等稍等！太垃圾了！

Nous allons toujours au Newstar. C'est un hôtel correct près des endroits où nous allons à Montréal. Toutefois, cette fois j'ai trouvé désolant le plancher de la salle de bain: il était craquelé et de la bouette remontait à la surface lorsque nous sortions de la douche. Il a aussi fallu que je coure après mon remboursement de dépôt, ce qui n'arrive habituellement pas; la personne qui devait le faire l'avait oublié.

Dirty bathroom, all the floors,doors. It's good if price for a night around 80 CAD not more.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The room was not clean, the beds were uncomfortable, and it was extremely noisy throughout the night. The toilet was not working properly, which was very inconvenient. Also, if you arrive late, it is very difficult to find a parking spot. Overall, I did not feel safe during my stay and would not recommend this hotel.

Very reasonable price and pet friendly hotel, will definitely visit back next time when we in town.

Clean rooms and good staff.

We had a King Bed Room for two for two nights and we felt satisfied with everything. We are happy with the Staffs and Services. We didn’t use Wifi for our two iPhones but just a little while for iPad; And Wifi was also good. We will come back here if we need a place to stay again in the future.

Terrible! Saw many people stolen a car just outside my window! The staff knew it as well. But they choose ignore it! The worst experience in my life. I don’t know why the Expedia still promote their rooms? Terrible! The worst hotel!

Je n'ai pas rester je me suis fait rembourser Que je suis arriver la femme a l'accueil m'as dit qu'il n'avait plus de chambres de disponible et sur internet je voyais qu'il en avait donc j'ai réservé sur expédia Lorsque que j'ai eu ma chambre sa sentait pas bien alors je me suis plaint et elle as trouver une autre chambre de disponible L'autre chambre sentait encore plus mauvais alors j'ai demandé un remboursement

I realize it’s a ‘value’ property, but my stay was well below budget expectations. Check in correspondence was all in French (thanks Google Translate) with the exception of the two check-in/out ladies, the staff were indifferent, unattentive and borderline rude. Woke up at 3am to find an ant colony living under the bedside lamp. Bathroom floor towel also covered in ants. I had to leave and it was 4am. Charged my card the room plus two deposits. Greasy dive hotel, don’t bother.
