Room was cleaned every day to a very high standard. Breakfast was amazing , everything u could wish for! Staff were super helpful, nothing too much trouble for them. The only thing I think that can be improved on was the evening entertainment . Most of it was a bit dull ( with the exception of Tina Turner tribute act!). I will definitely be going back …

Vi var en familie på 5 3 barn og 2 voksne. Alle personale var hjelpsomme. Men opplevde de som jobbet på restauranten var ikke alltid i møtekommende. Det kan være at de hadde en stressende periode med mange mennesker. Jeg vil utpeke to personale spesielt en som vasket våres rom hun haddr veldig kort hår super hyggelig damen og vasket rommene kjempe bra. Barna mine likte henne veldig godt. Og en annen som var på barnepass hun het Carla. Datteren min elsket henne. Hun er super hyggelig og tok i mot barna med åpne armer. Anbefalles hvis man har barn. De har mange aktiviteter for barna løpet av dagen. Og kvelden.

Our stay at the Radisson was fabulous, the hotel is split between adults only / family (rooms / pools) This worked really well. There are lots of amenities onsite including spa, gym, basketball/football courts etc. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived, all staff were friendly & helpful. Our room was big enough as a family of four. We did request a mattress topper for the pull out bed to make it comfier. Thr room was clean, modern & tidy, and the best aircon we've ever experienced. Only thing I could fault was the shower / bath area needing a slight upgrade in terms of grouting etc but other than that it was great. We stayed bed & breakfast - plenty of choice from cereal & fruit to cooked breakfast, continental, pancakes etc. Well organised & efficient. Biggest bonus - no sunbed wars & you could get a sunbed at any time of day. Pool towels included which you could change whenever you like at the times shown at the spa area.

More vegetarian food needed for vegetarian people , not vegan thanks

A fantastic hotel - we love our annual stay here. Having the Quiet Pool is amazing if you're not travelling with kids - it's very relaxing and the pool is a great size. The breakfasts always have a good selection of quality food. The location is perfect - very quiet but easily walkable to the beach the marina for great restaurants.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal am Empfang. Leider oft unterbesetzt, somit oft mit langen Wartezeiten verbunden. Frühstück und Abendbuffet zwar sehr vielfältig aber kaum regionale Angebote, vor allem Fisch und Meeresfrüchte fehlten. Personal an den Poolbars immer sehr gestresst und die Qualität der Speisen war hier nicht gut. Hier gab es scheinbar auch keine klaren Regelungen zu Öffnungszeiten und Speisemitnahmemöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer wurde immer zu unser Zufriedenheit gereinigt, jedoch mussten wir teilweise bis zum späten Nachmittag auf den Service warten, obwohl wir den Großteil des Tages nicht im Zimmer waren. Über die App konnte man zwar die Reinigung (oder Amenities) buchen aber das housekeeping Team scheint diese nicht zu berücksichtigen. Im großen und Ganzen dennoch ein schönes Haus, wir würden wieder kommen.

This was our diet last time visiting Mögen and staying at this resort! We had a lovely time. The hotel is easy to locate, does have onsite parking (when my family & I visited was flooded) along with free street side parking, recommended by the hotel staff. Our rental car was completely fine parking on the road. The hotel was very clean, staff super nice & friendly. Our room was wonderful as was the pool. We did not visit the hotel restaurant (always walked to other restaurants) but had their breakfast each day, which was phenomenal! The selection amazing and definitely did not disappoint. The onsite gym is small, but has enough variety to get a good workout in each day if one chooses. The resort is a 5 minute walk to a grocery store, pharmacy, shopping, & other restaurants! Overall, this was a wonderful stay and my family and I would recommend staying here!

The staff are keeping this hotel alive. This was the worst visit we’ve had and we’ve been here many times. They should make certain rooms available to smoke on the balcony because we were surrounded by smokers, meaning the balcony and room constantly smelt of cigarettes. Screaming children running riot late into the night. Not an enjoyable nor relaxing stay.

Ideal location on the island for a quiet getaway but within easy reach of other towns and villages by bus, boats and Taxi's. The hotel is on the edge of the town but within easy reach of supermarket, bars and restaurants and only a few minutes walk to the harbour and main town. The hotel caters for all ages and has areas catering for adults and also others for families. Have visited before and hope to visiting again soon.

Lovely holiday. Just stayed for breakfast not half board but was plentiful. Great location. Lovely staff. Room wa great.
