Very nice hotel. Parking cost was extra but valet service was efficient.

Stayed at the hotel for second time in 3 weeks. Good geographic location, close to downtown. But unfortunately a number of homeless people around the area. We had a good breakfast at a place more or less across the street in downtown direction.

Clean room and great staff

Nice hotel (clean room) but not as close to Place des Arts as maybe implied. The neighborhood is colorful in a way that some travelers might not be expecting.

This hotel was in a good location; for lots of sightseeing and shopping. We didn’t use the breakfast facilities as wasn’t included and some reviews suggested it wasn’t very varied. So we went to a local brunch spot instead. Reception staff were helpful; especially when my children needed to interpret the WiFi password! Only slight issue was the air conditioning was not quite cool enough, but eventually it did cool the room down enough for a comfortable sleep. There is a vending machine; also some items for sale in the lobby, and free coffee and water dispensers in the lobby too. Would recommend to others.

The area is really going down hill. We noticed a big difference in one year. It’s too bad, such a lovely spot and so close to everything.

The hotel is close to nice places and staff friendly, only in the street outside the hotel were homeless people

The hotel was great for the price: very close to the Old Port, which was the place we wanted to see, the room was spacious and clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Everything about this place was perfect and above anything I expected. Everyone was super nice and the valet parking made everything easy.

This is a great hotel for a visit to Montreal! Hotel was very clean and staff were kind. The only negative - the air conditioning is very weak. Our room was really warm but other than that it was great! Perfect location.

The staff were amazing ! However we did have an issue upon arrival but it was all worked out so professionally and handled great! We got the sweetest welcome package and had free water, coffee and welcome area! The only reason it wasn’t a 5 star visit was for 3 days of our visit we never once had our room cleaned, new towels, or have our room done.

I can honestly say that I’ve never one-starred a hotel before, so this is a first. Booked through Expedia. Of my week in Montreal, being stuck in this hotel was definitely a low point. Let’s start with cleanliness. The room is outdated, beat up, and was bordering on filthy. See the attached pics featuring the desk chair. I happened to be in a street facing room so there is the occasional bit of noise, but that wasn’t a problem. Then there’s the temperature. In one of the hottest weeks Montréal has seen so far this summer, my air conditioning unit was practically non-functional. The temperature in my room regularly topped out at 26 degrees. The young man at the front desk was happy to come reset the unit (I want to add here that the lobby air conditioning also seemed to be non-functional, horrible for the staff) and it briefly cooled down to a to a tolerable 22. Same song and dance the next day, where I had to go buy a fan from Best Buy in an attempt to get more than a few hours of decent sleep. No one ever followed up with me to see if things were improved, so I had to approach the front desk again. The same nice young gentleman came to my room, fiddled with the display for the AC for a few minutes, and I had one blissful night at 21.5 degrees. Never was I offered a different room, I had to ask (and none were available), never did they try to get a repairman into the room, nothing. Terrible experience. Avoid.

Hotel de base, a environ 20min de marche au Centre Eaton et Centre Bell. Pas de bon resto dans le coin saufe Allo mon coco pour dejeuner. La chambre etait propre mais le tapis doit etre changé. Il y a eu une forte odeur parfumé en entrant dans la chambre. La chambre etat au milieu de l'hotel et manquait d'air. Nous n'avons pas passé bcp de temps ds la chambre alors ca fait notre affaire pour 1 nuit.
