Construction across the small street made it for very loud mornings, smell of sewer was very strong - communicated with front desk but received no update. Was not told about the breakfast hours. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the lobby area, the location was close to amenities (was walking distance)

The room was super-clean and quiet, and the staff was super-friendly and helpful. I didn't expect to love an ordinary Best Western on St. Catherine, of all places, just booked it for one night for my work trip. It turned out to be such a pleasant experience that I want to be back next time I come to Montreal. Also, the location is excellent if you travel by bus: the bus station is 10 min away on foot. A subway station is nearby as well. The hotel is a hidden gem!

Do not stay at this hotel unless you want company which are rodents.. The room had a mouse.. not very hygienic.. I don’t recommend this hotel due to the rodent visitors in the room… stay at your own risk….however the staff was friendly….

I stay here often , I worry it’s going a bit down hill. There is spots getting misses in the cleaning like especially in the bathroom. Walls can really need a washing down, there was drip stains on the walls. Gross. Other than that staff was always friendly , it’s convenient and good price.

Pour le petit déjeuner on s’est déplacé à 2 minutes de là pour avoir un menu plus élaboré. Sinon, hébergement parfait, valet parking super!

Chambre propre et confortable avec grande douche. Calme et paisible étonnamment. Bien situé, à distance de marche de bons restaurants et commerces. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. J’y retourne régulièrement.

I had a good experience with the staff member at check-in in the evening. She was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and had the basic amenities and value for money. From a solo traveller perspective, the hotel was within walking distance to Old Montreal but it was a little further to walk to Downtown.
