Airport hotel for early flights

Good hotel always consistent

Room was roasting 28degc. Air con unit was disabled, couldn’t get to sleep and had to leave early as it was unbearable even with window open. It wasn’t even 10 degc outside so they can’t blame the hot weather

Clean and comfortable

Great hotel, very relaxed and suited our children with pool and other games downstairs. Liked the bar and food offering, especially when we arrived late and still needed dinner. Bedrooms were comfortable - would stay again. Only one issue - TV surround in room 505 fell off the wall on arrival. Thankfully no one hurt but could have been much more serious. Staff moved us to a new room quickly but hope this is fixed so no risk of it happening again.

Excellent hotel and staff

Couldn’t get a parking spot but was still charged £5 for parking. No hot water in shower- Luke warm. Breakfast was disaster, no plates, cutlery, cups. Staff were slow to serve and stock up.

Will definitely stay again. Good bar area, room was smart and a decent shower. Maybe slightly too warm in the room. My only gripe is the bar closed at midnight because there was an event on at the nearby P&J Live Arena despite saying it's a 24 hour bar. That was disappointing especially since i had to queue for 25 minutes when I got to the hotel after the event

Room was cold and the AC didnt seem to work, bathroom was very cold
