Clean and relaxing environment, was a great place to base ourselves from to look around Santiago. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. I felt very safe staying here. Would definitely stay here again if we were back in Santiago

Charming hotel, lovely staff. Great breakfast. Just a very homey, simpatico place. Easy walk to the Metro and to restaurants. We will definitely stay there next visit.

Beautiful house and friendly staff!

Conveniently located by the Baquedano metro stop and bus stops, this charming guesthouse has a European feel. Staff are kind and attentive and the rooms and facilities are very clean. They serve a healthy and filling breakfast every day. Sometimes a little noisy from the streets and other guests. I would absolutely stay here again.

It is a nice place in a cantral part of town. The staff are very nice and help out where they can. The rooms are well equipped, not luxurious but more than adequate for the price.

Caroline was very friendly and helpful. She managed to find a good transfer for us to Farellones and made everything she could to make us have the best experience possible. The hotel has good location near Lastarria and metro station. The fresh yogurt is a must try. The facility is a historical building, don’t expect anything fancy, but it’s fair enough considering the price. Very good quality / price ratio

Such a comfortable, safe, and welcoming hostel in an excellent central location. Service was so fantastic and Ginny the dog was a lovely bonus.

I don't have many hostal experiences but this is worth every penny. The food delicious and the staff super. The only bad thing is that the floor of the room is made of wood and you can hear your moves and other guest. Also it was uncomfortable that early in the morning or late at night you can hear loud people. But everything was amazing. I was a solo traveler and felt safe. Even doe I came in at night.

We loved this hotel! Great vibe and so cute! Staff were great. Nice breakfast. We could walk to the sights. Would stay here again!
