我的房间在7楼。我把浴缸里的水放掉的时候，水溢到了浴室里，把浴室都淹了…… 浴缸上的排水孔很脏…… 床和地板倒是挺干净的。

我提前几个月预订了，所以能以便宜的价格入住。 单人间虽然不大，但干净实用。 我觉得对于商务旅行来说，这里会是一个舒适的住宿选择。

Bantalnya keras, Kamarnya agak bau ruangan yang tidak dipakai, Tidak mendapatkan fasilitas air putih.

The lobby smells so nice and warmth. Check in was so easy and smooth. The location is quite convenient, only like 15 mins to dontonburi area. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as Family Mart / Seven Eleven and walk distance from/to nanba st. and nipponbishi st. The room is okay, clean, nice, the bed was comfy but still kinda feel cold even I have already turn on the heater maybe its because I got the room at the end of the hall, so no window but it came with a glass door which its supposed to be a door with access to balcony but its locked. I assumed the cold wind came from the door. Furthermore, all was nice and we enjoyed our time staying at Sarasa.

I had the most comfortable stay at Sarasa Hotel Namba. The receptionist are very attentive, since I arrived from a late night flight and exhausted at the same time they opened another counter for me so I can checked-in right away. That simple gesture means a lot to me! I would highly recommend them when you visit Osaka. Location is very accessible to everything. Job well done to Sarasa Hotel Namba!

this hotel is really awesome, the front desk staff are very humble and helpful. the room is quite nice for japanese hotel room. location is good, 10 mnts walk from namba and nipponbashi station.

The hotels near everything. There are lawson, drugstore, restaurants and walk 5 mins you can reach the mall. Hotel also clean, breakfast have no variants but taste goods. Like everywhere in japan, quality is no.1

I really liked the room. I will definitely recommend it to my friends, it is in distance to Namba St so when you come from the airport it will be convenient. Furthermore, it is a short walk to kuromon market and to subway lines. It was my first time visiting Osaka and I had an enjoyable stay. The breakfast was great and fulfilling to start your day, staff was friendly and spoke English. Ammenities was as expected there is even a smartphone which was provided to be used as gps to sight see in the city.

Staf ramah, lokasi nyaman, 20 menit dari stasiun JR namba, 30 menit dari dotombori, 1 menit dari 7 market, lawson market, dan mcdonalds.

Hotelnya cukup baik hanya kasurnya mungkin perlu segera diganti karena terlalu lembek dan membuat badan pada sakit.

สะอาด ห้องไม่แคบเกินไป โลเคชั้นดีมากๆ พนักงานบริการดีมาก
