An incredible place to stay for the price and location in Tulum ! The room was super clean and spacious, the AC worked perfectly and the bed was massive and comfortable ! Our check in was a breeze with the help of Alphonso, who was incredibly helpful and kind ! Definitely recommend it, it’s only a couple of minutes from all the main attractions and restaurants!

Small hotel in Tulum Centro within walking distance to restaurants, shops and supermarkets (LaComer). Quiet location off the main streets. Very attentive front deak.

Staff was very nice when checking in. We arrived a little early and they let us into the room. The room was spacious and super clean. The pool area and court yard was very nice and offered a quiet area. The hotel is located near a few restaurants and grocery stores.

La chambre était très bien, il y a des moustiquaires, la salle de bain est fonctionnelle et la douche est bien. Le seul hic est la piscine l'eau y était froide et la filtration fonctionnait quelques fois. Le personnel était amicale et donnait de bon conseil pour le tourisme. La location de bicyclette très abordable, une clochette serait le bienvenu.

Sheets were dirty, brown and red stains at many spots, they do not have a change of sheets I was told. Plus I had to leave 3 days early because of a major issue and management didn’t even consider a little rebate on the remaining 3 nights, even though it is high season and they easily could rebook. Overall very disappointed as it was my third stay there.
