Small hotel in Tulum Centro within walking distance to restaurants, shops and supermarkets (LaComer). Quiet location off the main streets. Very attentive front deak.

Staff was very nice when checking in. We arrived a little early and they let us into the room. The room was spacious and super clean. The pool area and court yard was very nice and offered a quiet area. The hotel is located near a few restaurants and grocery stores.

La chambre était très bien, il y a des moustiquaires, la salle de bain est fonctionnelle et la douche est bien. Le seul hic est la piscine l'eau y était froide et la filtration fonctionnait quelques fois. Le personnel était amicale et donnait de bon conseil pour le tourisme. La location de bicyclette très abordable, une clochette serait le bienvenu.

Sheets were dirty, brown and red stains at many spots, they do not have a change of sheets I was told. Plus I had to leave 3 days early because of a major issue and management didn’t even consider a little rebate on the remaining 3 nights, even though it is high season and they easily could rebook. Overall very disappointed as it was my third stay there.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here! The room was nice and spacious. We had access to the pool from our room which was great. The area around the hotel was very walkable and safe, even at night. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially Alfonzo who took the time to provide thoughtful recommendations (e.g., food, excursions, etc.,) and general advice/guidance (e.g., safely navigating around).

Staff were amazing and so helpful. Will be back soon.

The staff were super courteous considering what they have to work with, seems like these hotels are looking for profit more than customers appreciation. The hotel is in need of a refresh as wear and tear shows. Would not consider this hotel again if i ever visited Tulum again.

It’s independently owned and operated! Super friendly front desk service, great deal on bike rentals, free umbrella and towels, a little outdoor shower to rinse off after a beach day, nice middle location between downtown and the bike path to the beach (about a 15-20min ride), the shower was big and had a pleasant rainfall style head, plenty of hot water, nice AC unit, cool aesthetic, pretty much checks every box for a nice little stay! Oh and the beds are super comfy AND I paid $62 USD for an hour long deep tissue massage right in my room. Just a good deal all around. There’s still more! You get a discount at the gardenia cafe next door which is family owned and operated and a pleasant place to get breakfast. Truly a gem. Alfonso at the front desk will fill you in on all the things to do.

Cooles Hotel mit toller Einrichtung, grosses Zimmer mit schönem Balkon und allem was man braucht. Kleiner aber schöner Poolbereich. Sehr freundliche Dame am Empfang (sie war über 2 Tage gefühlt immer anwesend). Man konnte Fahrräder mieten und direkt nebenan liegt ein super schönes Cafe für das Breakfast. Ich würde dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen.
