Nothing wrong with the hotel once inside but finding the entrance?!?!? No idea it was only accessible from INSIDE a shopping centre - unless you walked up the vehicle ramp - with literally zero signage to assist the layman traveller. Dodgy area with loads of druggies and homeless around, very unsafe

1 Room was in decent condition, however waste basket in the room was not emptied daily. It was emptied on the last day of my stay, and by then I had more waste than can be fit in one small waste basket. 2 Toilet paper was also provided on the 1st day of my stay - 2 rolls. There was toilet paper given on any other day. In my opinion this is unsatisfactory. My stay was for 3 nights and I had to buy more toilet paper out of my pocket. There should be 1-2 rolls/day. Very frustrating and disappointing.

The room was fine. You get what you pay for. But be prepared if you are staying here the people on reception will recommend you to park in the public car park just below the hotel as it is half the price. When I left to go to the airport at 4 o’clock in the morning, I was harassed on two separate occasions by men. At that time being a woman alone obviously you feel very unsafe. This isn’t the fault of the hotel, but something to be aware of if you’re parking in the public car park, which is a three minute walk from the hotel.

Back to using proper cups and not cardboard ones

Second time here and I would choose it every time, clean, safe, central and friendly staff.

The first room they gave me so run down .the walls were a mess the airconditioning unit was all smashed was freezing cold .i requested to be moved straight away .the second room was better but the plug socket next to my bed fell out in my hanf

A lovely room and staff were welcoming and helpful. Sadly not a great night sleep due to consistent banging of doors during the night

Staff specialy cleaners is one of the weirdest people I came across. Constantly gibing people strange looks, makes you feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE

Ac was broken and the walls are thin, I could hear other peoples conversations.. Nice staff though.

Was nice but one of the receptionist was not very inviting

Such a great value, convenient location, and wonderful kind staff. They provided service above and beyond, and we ended up rebooking here right after for our return trip!
