Numerous issues with hotel which resulted in us leaving the hotel early. Air Conditioning did not work well and room was very warm and humid. A lot of police activity in the park across the street along with noise from crowds in the park. After discussing these issues with the hotel, the hotel manager agreed to refund me but then denied the refund after I paid for another hotel and checked out.

Hotel is good. Nice staff, very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is sketchy however. Very noisy and higher crime than other parts of Barcelona. I’d pick a different hotel if I travel to Barcelona again.

The room was excellent and clean (you could actually smell the bedding with washing detergent which I loved it was so fresh!) The staff were amazing, giving pool towels and iron and also really helpful with the area and where to go. We stayed for Primavera and liked the location as we got to explore a nice part of the city surrounded but nice bars, restaurants and breakfast spots. It can be loud at night with people on the streets but your given ear plugs to help as the hotel can’t control the area outside. Pool was small however we always had it to ourselves when wanting to use it!

The only disadvantage to this hotel is its location. We realised when we arrived it was in an area of Barcelona which is not the best. Quite a criminal area, which is a shame, because there were two other hotels we noticed in the same area too, and they looked just as good. Can’t fault the hotel itself, but it loses a star for the area, I’m afraid.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, il permet de visiter le maximum de lieux à pied. La première chambre qui nous a été attribuée était correcte mais petite, donnant sur rue ... Rue particulièrement bruyante la nuit, le personnel vous remet d'ailleurs des bouchons d'oreilles à l'arrivée !!! Nous avons changé de chambre suite à un problème avec la douche et la seconde était plus spacieuse, plus confortable, ne donnant pas sur rue. Une mention spéciale au personnel de la réception, très agréable et serviable.

-clean room/has balcony -friendly staff -close to la rambla, boqueria -located right in front of a park, it could get loud at night. it didn’t bother me but they give you earplugs -no fridge in the room 😱 -the area is a little ghetto, taxi driver told us to be careful because locals are always looking for target. but i felt pretty safe -overall it was good for the price!

Excellent hôtel, les chambres sont bonnes et le lit confortable. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique et le petit dej au top. Tout comme la piscine sur le rooftop. Attention quand même au quartier très touristique de la Rembla de Raval, où sévissent de nombreux pickpockets…

L'hôtel est vraiment super, bien situé et le personnel charmant. En revanche il a 2 defauts Il est situé dans un quartier très bruyant et l'isolation phonique est quasi inexistante. L'hôtel fournit même des boules quies c'est pour dire... Dans mes critères de sélection j'avais coché "parking" or l'hôtel ne dispose pas de parking mais a un accord avec un parking public à 10 min de marche... compter 50€en plus pour 3 jours.

Great location that made it easy for us to board our cruise. Room was very comfy, cozy, and clean. Staff was very nice. The breakfast spread looked great. Pretty close to port. Would stay here again if needed a place.
