Very friendly staff. Property a bit dated but a good night's sleep was had. Bed was very comfortable. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment.

Didn’t end up staying. Could not find the entrance easily, no parking. Called multiple times over a period of an hour to get assistance - no answer . Finally gave up and stayed elsewhere.

The only things that were a bit challenging were the lack of air con and the size of the shower. Otherwise the hotel was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The building is a bit outdated but the toilet has been renovated recently.

Friendly staff at front desk, room looks like it's been recently updated ( a little warm on the top floor, but there was a fan in the room.)

It was very quiet so peaceful . The staff were attentive . Just needed a little revamp with the painting . Couple of sash windows need attention - wood rotting. Good breakfast . Would stay again.

The “compact double” live up to its billing but the room was clean, tidy and well appointed. Location of The Rugby Hotel is fantastic with lots of amenities within walking distance. The only drawback for me was the record-breaking high temperatures during my stay and, of course, the hotel doesn’t offer air conditioning—or even a fan. My top floor room became a sauna and even opening windows provided zero relief. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Great stay for a family get together. Staff very friendly, rooms very clean. Can’t fault it for value for money.

Didn't bring my dog and didn't use the bar.

Lovely cosy hotel,room was clean and staff very helpful. I stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed my stay there. The hotel is situated in the center of town but not noisy,i had a room overlooking the back. I would stay there again when visiting Rugby
