Arrived and was told that there was no booking and the place was full...Still got charged. No manager on site just the cleaner who didn't speak english and a guest had to translate

Hotel is good and is at stones throw from sakinaka Metro Station, but the AC for 1st floor is pathetic but ground floor its good..
