Amazing place will definitely be returning again...

Sadly the night security did not challenge the other guest making extreme noise in the building resulting in me having to change rooms at 3:40 am. This significantly change the course of my morning. Very poor.

This property was a real treat! It felt very well catered, toiletries in the bathroom, water and milk in the fridge, and some sweeties on the table! Our visit fell during the heatwave so the property was really hot, but there were fans available for each bedroom which did help. Great value for money!

Another lovely stay at No10 - it’s been ridiculously hot and the fans provided in the room were very welcome. The WiFi did not appear to be working throughput our stay and given the weak mobile signal this was quite disappointing- tried ed to reach out via Expedia but did not receive a response A nice central place to stay

I stayed in Tiffany. It’s comfortable clean and modern. It is up two flights of steep stairs so if you have mobility issues this could create problems. I stayed during the heatwave and they supplied a fan but all it did was circulate hot air around the room. If it had air con I would have given it five stars. Really convenient for most places and a stones throw from one of the lovelies parks I’ve seen (lovely pub at the other end of it by the river) and the train station. Would highly recommend

Great location and easy to get to the train station. Walking distance to the bars and restaurants in town, as it is right in the heart of it. It was hot and difficult to sleep, as the 1 fan wasn't good enough. Could do with some Air con and hopefully this is something they will consider of the future, as the weather each year is like this now.

Amazing location, close to Station and great quality accommodation, only one small negative that the fridge is very noisy. Definitely recommend.

Lovely place, perfect location. Nice person on reception helped us out with self check-in, and a well received upgrade.

Hotel was clean, room was nice but a bit tired. Room was hot and a bit stuffy so I opened the window to hear banging and clanging from the adjacent warehouse which went on all night.

In the centre of Preston great property enjoyed the stay

Stayed here on numerous occasions over the last few years. Fantastic spec rooms with everything you need. The smell in the foyer as you enter the building is amazing. I'd love to know what it is.

Got a free upgrade to the Casablanca, gorgeous room, with living area and bedroom, 2 toilets, a shower room and free standing bath, also a kitcheb area where tea coffe and milk was supplied. The room was lovely and clean and smelt really nice. The bed was huge and very comfy. Location was great and communication from the host was good. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms are amazing, visit every April, ticking off all the rooms. Highly recommend.
