I wish I can give you a 10/10 rate but there were some minor things missing from the apartment: Electric Kettle, Hair dryer, tea cups. The second bathroom had a broken toilette seat. I wish there was a room with a double bed (I can't complain about this, due to the fact it was as advertised). Our host Carlos from SurTrip Apartamentos was fantastic.
