Security staff was excellent. Room service was prompt and good. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Good location for shops and station. Great value.

Overall good experience

Stayed for 7 nights. We live in US, but grew up in Chembur. Excellent value for money. Loved the choices for Morning Breakfast and the staff. We also used the Laundry and booking taxi for airport facilities. The staff and service is really great. Bathroom was clean, roomy and nice, only complain the toilet flush handle could use repair work. Highly recommend overall.

This property looks nothing like what it’s in the pictures. I’ve called Expedia to cancel this reservation several times. Please don’t book from Expedia. Their customer service sucks and they won’t help you with cancellations

Very nice staff. Clean room, comfortable bed and great amenities. Breakfast was good, as was lunch in the restaurant.
