Good location, helpful staff. We stayed in two locations- first was hotel room and very comfortable beds. Second night was the apartment- good value for quantity of beds but the bathtubs needed cleaning. Overall a good stay.

Fue bastante cómodo y limpia la habitación

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff overall was helpful and very attentive when first checking in. However there was an issue with the free breakfast. There was nobody around when we were ready to have breakfast and the person who prepared it insisted that I pay extra for milk for my coffee. They later apologized and provided the milk but it was an unpleasant situation. Overall the place is nice and quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Ubicación, servicio del personal y desayunos, excelentes. El cuarto estaba cómodo y con todo lo necesario para una excelente estancia. Lo único el baño necesita un poco de mejoras y sugiero añadir un espejo en la habitación. Todo lo demás estuvo excelente.

The place is very nice, close to everything. The staff was beyond helpful. The breakfast was yummy, I had the Guatemalan one. The coolest this was how helpful they were. Even though I had checked out They held onto my luggage in a save place so I didn't have to haul them everywhere. I was able to fo shopping then come back on the evening wait for my transportation for a few hours in the lobby. I will return. Thank you staff!

Bruce was awesome and very helpful. I really liked the room is was clean and nice. If in antigua again i will definitely book another room. I really liked the big tub.

This place was very beautiful and nice. The only thing was that the receptionist guy try to give us a whole house which was not what we paid for. The service was good but we didn’t feel like very welcomed after we explained

Con el desayuno tuvimos problemas ambos días. Nos enviaron las opciones y escogimos de acuerdo a lo enviado. Sin embargo, el primer día, nos dieron el desayuno incompleto y nos indicaron que era por disponibilidad de producto. ¿Si saben que no tienen producto, porque lo ofrecen? El segundo día, nos dieron mal la orden y misma situación anterior, que por ser fin de semana no tenían producto. ¿No planifican de acuerdo a la estadía? El resto muy bien. Un poco de mejor limpieza en baños podría ser la diferencia. El jacuzzi de la habitación es un 10 para después de tanto caminar. Por último escribí para saber si hacían early check in, y nunca respondieron. Si nos guardaron las maletas sin problema, pero es importante responder.

Clean rooms and nuce staff

Amazing!

Hotel was nice upon first arrival. Loved the breakfast options that was included. However, the wifi was so spotty. It kept going in and out, and as a traveler who has to save their data. I was not happy about that. The tv in the room was pointless without the internet. Also the AC was kind of leaking which is right above the bed so i felt it dripping on my face throughout the night. I didn’t want to have to get up at 3 in the morning to tell them to fix it. So i just flipped sides and turned it off but even then it was still spotty. So my stay definitely had its pros and cons. It was only one night. So i didn’t bother fixing it.

Great

The kitchen area where plates and cookware is stored is not cleaned. The water to shower needs to be fixed so it can be controlled. Not just extremely hot or cold water. There’s no medium warm water. It is in a ver centric area so it is very convenient.

O Hotel estava numa excelente localização que nos possibilitava fazer tudo e ir em diversos locais caminhando. O Café da manhã era servido no quarto e era suficiente

The property was very clean. They provide 2 towels, one washcloth for 2 people. The staff was nice. We had to text through Whatsapp our breakfast order. They had 4 breakfast options and were delivered to our room or at the patio which had no view. Very close to everything. We recommend!
