Great little bolt hole for a flying visit to London. Clean basic room, helpful reception, good value.

Was a perfect sized room for the one night right in the middle of Camden

Stayed on 3rd floor in separate property, in a small room (double deluxe) but despite size, had everything I needed. Unfortunately the blind in the roof was a bit broken, letting light in during the night and noise from a generator or something similar in the night was intermittent but quite loud. . Shower was good size but not very powerful. Everything spotlessly clean. Overall fine for a night, but probably wouldn’t want to book for longer in that particular room (304).

Highly recommend this hotel. Great location and great rooms. It helps that the woman at the front desk is drop dead gorgeous.

It's a decent place if you're just looking for a crash pad, but the bed wasn't terribly comfortable, I could hear noise/music from a nearby pub in the evening. It was a windowless room (there was something of a skylight, but it didn't offer much light or a view of anything at all). The steam from the shower seemed to activate the smoke alarms, so I had to be careful with that for my 4 a.m. shower on departure day. But it is well located for someone wanting to spend some time in Camden.

This is a super hotel. The staff are soo friendly as well.

We arrived after a long train journey and a visit to the V&A. The guy on reception couldn’t have been more helpful. Very polite and knowledgeable. Had a drink in the bar before we went to our room. Crossed the street and straight up in the lift to the second floor. Our room was spotless with everything we needed. Teas,coffee,hairdryer and toiletries. The bed was really comfortable too. When we checked out we asked the lady on reception to order us a taxi which she did for us. A great stay for a short visit.👍👍👍👍👍

Comfortable and close to where I was visiting

Booked last minute and showed up very late at night yet the staff was understanding and welcoming. Rooms were luxurious and very modern. Even had AC which is not a given in London. I would highly recommend!

Check in was very slow as she couldn’t locate our booking despite me checking in on line prior to arriving. Kept asking to look at a number on hotels booking. Finally found it after 10 minutes under my surname! Then I was charged an additional £30 for one night with the dog - there was no mention of this during the booking despite the description saying it was dog and cat friendly. The room was the first down a long corridor and the security door was buzzing all through the night. It was noisy with people coming and going and talking in the corridor. We had to ask someone to go in their room at one point. Wouldn’t stay again. Had a bad nights sleep.

Very large, modern, clean room. Excellent accommodations for a good price. Alma, the manager, quickly responded to any requests. Great location right across the street from the tube and next door to a grocery store.

10/10 experience! Only thing I'd say is despite paying for a bigger room, it still felt a little small. Not to a point of being cramped though, but more space would've been nice. And the thermostat was pretty tricky to figure out. We were either way too hot or too cold. I suppose we could've asked reception for advice, but it was late. These things are of course very minor, still gad a lovely stay!
