本当に美しい場所、朝食もとても美味しいです、次回東京に来たらまたここに泊まることにします。

當初都懷疑: 竟然有酒店會滿10分?? 其後覺得, 真有此事最大原因不止於整潔舒適, 而是日本人的好客及熱心。 酒店(其實更似民宿)由兩夫婦主理, 兒子間中會幫忙。兩夫婦英文非常流利, 完全沒有溝通困難。房間不特別介紹, 酒店相片已交代, 唯一留意廁所是設於房間旁邊, 不過每個廁所都標明只給特定房客用, 所以都算是獨用。 滿分主因, 大概因為兩夫婦非常友善, 早餐時會同客人談天, 不止是介紹旅遊景點, 亦會說說自己身平, 興趣, 去過玩過的地方, 問下關於客人的事, 無所不談, 加上一個簡單的早餐, 仿如住在日本人家中一樣。 另外, 酒店同赤羽駅有10-15分鐘距離, 而且有一小段斜路, 體力欠佳者注意。不過兩夫婦事前會主動email客人大約到步時間, 親自開車接送, check out時都會問大約出門時間, 開車送客人去赤羽駅 (服務應該只限於check in及check out。如於住宿途中想要, 應該要提早同兩夫婦講, 不過相信問題不大) 整體而言, 此酒店充滿日本人的好客, 熱心, 有禮, 如同與日本人居住一樣。

チエックイン時間が10時まででしたが、赤羽駅まで送迎していただき大変助かりました。お庭も手入れされており、ゆっくりくつろぐことができました。

여행 일정이 짧아 아쉬웠지만, 정말 만족스러웠던 숙소였습니다. 다음에는 어머니를 모시고 다시 방문하고 싶을 정도로 좋았어요! 직원분들 모두 너무 친절하셨고, 강아지도 정말 귀여웠습니다. 훌륭한 조식 서비스는 물론이고, 모코안만의 특별한 잼도 오래 기억에 남을 것 같아요. 아침에 다른 투숙객분들과 함께 대화를 나누는 시간도 즐거웠습니다ㅎㅎ 유카타도 준비되어 있어 더욱 특별한 경험이 되었어요. 역과의 거리가 조금 있었지만 차량 서비스도 제공해주셔서 이동이 편했습니다. 첫날에는 어플 알림이 뜨지 않아 체크인 과정에서 조금 어려움이 있었는데, 너무 친절하게 도와주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 짧은 시간이었지만 덕분에 행복하고 편안한 시간을 보내고 갑니다. 다음에 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다!

The surrounding area was quiet. Japanese style room was clean and well-organized. bed is so comfortable and also american style breakfast is good. Truly memorable experience was being able to enjoy a traditional Japanese garden view directly from my room.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The hosts are very attentive. They offered me great recommendations of where to visit, shared about the history of Japan, explained how to use the public transit thoroughly, provided rides to the nearest train station, provided a delicious full breakfast—with home made marmalade, etc. The place feels like a historical gem, with a peaceful feeling to it.

Most generous hosts ever. More residential neighbourhood, so definitely quieter. Property is beautiful. Will return when possible!

The owners of Mokkoan are extremely kind and hospitable. We felt very welcomed and wished we had booked more time here. On top of that the rooms were very lovely. Highly recommend.

Absolutely the best option to experience the Japanese hospitality. Great big room: A/C, tea pot, cable tv, nice beds, lovely garden view…Perfect breakfast ! Ito picked us up at the station and then took us back after check out. Personalized service at all times. We just loved to stay there and hope to be back soon ❤️

Mr. Ito and his family showed great hospitality to us, The days we stayed turned out to be very hot. Mr. Ito offer great help to drive us to and from the train station several times. We are very grateful to him and to his family for the great hospitality.

This is a very special place. It is a quaint and quiet bed + breakfast just outside of Tokyo, near Akabane Station. Mr. Ito and his wife are the most kind and generous hosts! They go above and beyond, and out of their way to make your stay in Japan a 10 out of 10 star experience. My husband and I ended up staying upstairs in Mr. Ito's old study room. It turned out to be perfectly comfortable and suitable for our needs. Just a heads up, the bathroom was in the hallway and very tight and small (but impeccably clean) so if you are a tall or big person, this won't be the room for you. The two beds came in handy as much needed space for those long days spent 24/7 with the partner, wink wink. The breakfast here is worth the stay alone. Mr. Ito and his wife are so accommodating and personable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and great Japanese hospitality.
