We arrived late and were not able to eat in the restaurant as it closed at 8 and the pub wasn't open on Monday

Good

No fridge. Coffee maker not working (water not coming out). When someone is in a room above you, you hear every step and is very loud, impossible to sleep. Hotel staff (room service) is coming 8:30-9:00am knocking on your doors like crazy, waking me up every time. Not recommending

No elevators so plan to stay ground level if any mobility issues

Room was clean, staff was friendly and very helpful!! Enjoyed our stay!

Door was kind of thin, could hear people out in the hallways coming and going all the time

Rooms are so out dated. This hotel needs a major upgrade. I spend 3 nights and the staff are less than helpful. I said to 3 different employees, have a good day and they never say anything. Rude staff seems like they could care less.

Great place

Staff are very good, but rooms are very out dated. And bathroom was very dirty and stained. Rooms had a bad smell. & sheets didn’t smell very clean.

Stayed in the motel part, if you are looking for privacy and quiet I would not recommend, walls are very thin.

Friendly staff, clean room and comfy bed.

The Pub was closed. The staff weren’t very polite. The hallway door next to our room 203 kept banging all night and early morning from people opening it and letting it slam shut

If I could give zero stars I would. They claim 4 star resort and “award winning”. After driving for over 20 hours & an eight hour ferry ride we arrived exhausted to have to stay in this hell hole. I would NEVER recommend to anyone
