Beds were dirty, full of sand. Someone left used tissue paper in the sheets.

Not worth the money paid

The restaurant was closed on Sunday so we had to go elsewhere to have breakfast which was extremely inconvenient. There was only one towel in the bathroom. Housekeeping was knocking at our door at 9am on the morning of checkout asking what time we were leaving so they could get their job done faster. It was my wedding night, and I was sad that I felt rushed out. I left my garment bag from my wedding dress and called an hour later to ask for it and they laughed at me and told me it’s been thrown out. I also still have not received my incidental deposit back for $100 even though no damage was done and we barely spent any time in the room. Carpets were so old and smelly in the hallways. I won’t ever stay here again. Looks like we took a Time Machine back to 1983

The room was very clean despite being a bit dated. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast at Clem’s was very good. The staff were very friendly as well

This hotel has a main building and an annex. When I arrived, my room was an annex. My room across the street from me had cobwebs on the door, a pleasant smell unpleasant, and there was no refrigerator or microwave. When I told the staff, they turned the room into the main building, which had a refrigerator. However, one of our party ended up staying up all night on a small couch because I needed 2 beds but only 1 bed.

Room dirty, no bathroom fan, would not give me senior rates, bathroom filty, tv remote didn't work, no msb ports no plug ins for phone or laptop .mattress hard to lie on.small bathroom door .staff would not address my senior rates Had to make up our own beds.Do not even deserve a rating of 1.

This is the worst. My vehicle was accident tried to cancel and got no help what so ever

Could not understand why the dining room is not open on Sunday. We had to pack up and go elsewhere to have breakfast… not a good service choice. Bathroom sink and toilet old and fixtures and taps need replacing.

Room could have been swept better and clean a bit more but was still ok for one night.....find it was pricy a bit for what we got

Property is very dated hallways old need carpet and upgrade room was clean no closet or armoir. Restaurant closed pub closed no elevator

Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Outside of the property could use a little spiffing up but it didn't matter to us. There are two buildings at the place. One is the hotel and one is a motel. We stayed at the motel side of the property which appears to be a bit older than the hotel building.

Disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, stayed 3 days and received fresh towels once, tv remote did not work, had to call front desk, no answer and mailbox was full. Eventually was able to reach them and they sent someone to fix the phone and tv. Next day the volume went in the tv and called and was told that it happened in this rooms and to unplug everything wait 30 seconds. Floors were filthy and the bed skirt.
