A very clean hotel, very close to the waterfall, with many things to do and eat nearby. The only downside is that the additional parking lot is a 5-minute walk away, which is inconvenient with luggage! I will continue to choose this hotel next time I travel.

Overall service was good with clean room and walkable distance to Clifton Hill. It is very convenient location.

飯店空間蠻大的也很新穎，唯一美中不足的是laundry設備，偌大的飯店只有一台洗衣機和一台烘衣機，前一個顧客洗完衣服不拿出來，飯店人員沒有任何作為，只叫我們繼續等，害我們整個早上都在等洗衣機和烘衣機，至少等了耶、二個小時，嚴重影響行程，如果你有洗衣服的需要，千萬不要選這一家飯店。

特别方便出去玩 临近游玩区 真的好方便.

Pretty good place

The network signal is not good, and the parking fee of 25 is a bit expensive

位置非常好，很方便。雖然現正進行裝修工程，但地方及房間很清潔。從後門步行到停車場只需四分钟。由於住在高層，感覺寧靜。很多時間去遊玩，只是晚間留在酒店，所以沒有餐房，泳池和健身室，也影响不大。

Very poor service and very bad service

Fri-Sun May long weekend stay with my young son. Pros: Room was clean, everything in working condition. My son loved the pool, I enjoyed the hottub. Pool is not heated. All amenities are walking distance. Food, activities, attractions, lots to do all in a short distance. Cons. Limited parking at hotel. They do offer paid parking off site that's a few mins walking distance.

Second time staying here. Great central location, breakfast was fabulous and the front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly

We had a very pleasant stay at Vittoria Hotel in Niagara Falls. The location is excellent, close to the falls, restaurants, and attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel atmosphere was calm and enjoyable, and we really appreciated the convenient parking and beautiful surroundings. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Niagara Falls.
