We arrived to La Habana Amazon Reserve (hotel) in Puerto Maldonado, Peru, only to be told that they no longer work with Hotels.com Our reservation was ignored and we had to go look for another hotel in a place that is completely new today us. Hotels.con has not refunded my credit card yet. Based on this experience, I don’t expect to use or recommend Hotels.com ever again unless you can promptly remedy this very concerning experience with your service.

Very clean and comfortable with beautiful views. Service was excellent, they took into consideration all our requests.

Un Hotel excepcional. Limpio, ordenado, muy cuidado, y con detalles de calidad. Además, el nivel de servicio es muy alto. Hemos ido en pareja y ,los dos nos hemos vuelto encantados con el hoptel y el trato que nos han dado.
