Staff was good but property condition not at its best

we had a great time. beautiful place and awesome services. ambience was great also the overall experience was memorable.

The staff is friendly, cooperative & very helpful. The breakfast is fresh and up to expectations. Hotel location was good.

I stayed here for a day and were not disappointed, overall, even though the TV working properly & bathroom was nice. Smiling, courteous & helpful staff, though. And centrally located too.

The only minus is ventilation. The short stay is ok

Small dirty rooms and bathrooms, crawling insects, AC barely worked or did not work dispite numerous calls to the reception. Loud staff and other early in the morning and late at night. Humid and congested air with stale lingering smell. Staff wanted tips on every chance they get. Only positive: fast food service.

Pictures look better than reality. Decent price but sketchy staff and area. Much better options all around the main road.

They try hard but all the furniture is old, rooms are run down, and the area is terribly noisy.

We had booked room for my parents in this hotel and they were very happy with the ambience and staff. Location is great too. They had to ho back to Delhi again in 2 weeks and of course booked the same hotel.

Avoid recommendations from Auto/Taxi drivers-Trust me Bro* Recommend for foreigners/ family. Situated at walkable distance, approximately 400-500 meters from New Delhi railway station. Welcome drinks were provided. Rooms were nice with many amenities. Roof top restaurant available, KFC and McDonald's are nearby as well.
