The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The spoke English which was helpful since we don't speak Italian. They had drinks available in the lobby for purchase and maps showed us where our location was on the map. Very helpful.Hotel is cute and charming basic, clean, there was a little wear visible around the bathroom trim but minimal. Hotel is in an excellent location near a store that sells groceries, clothing and other items. Near many restaurants and shops. A 5 minute walk from the lake. Highly recommend.

Ich war nur 1 Nacht hier aber sowohl das Personal wie auch das Zimmer waren sehr gut. Kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Hotel gleich in der Nähe (max. 5 Min.) des Schiffanlegeplatz. Anmeldung ist eine Türe neben dem Haupteingang. Teilweise nur mit Etagen-WC. Dusche ist im Zimmer. Je nach Zimmernummer keine Aussicht (Sicht auf Kirchenmauer) beim Fenster.

It’s walkable, due to the slopes and stairs, should take the funicular or bus to hotel. Very old, limited supply. Our room is very small. Sink (in the room), toilet (with door) and bath area (with clear glass door) are separate. Space at end of bed not even big enough for a ck luggage to go through.

Vriendelijk personeel, schone kamer. Lekkere bedden om op te slapen. Heerlijke airconditioning op de kamer. En een heerlijke tuin met zwembad om af te koelen

Dejligt centralt hotel med kig til vandet (fra vores værelse). OK roligt om natten. Ingen faciliteter fx lounge miljø. TV virkede ikke, til gengæld tændte det sig selv midt om natten (ØV, vågnede!!). Betalte for parkering (offentligt) 6-7 min. gang fra hotellet.

Great location! Very clean. Nothing fancy, but conveniently located and functional. Soap dispenser built into shower. Tub too small for a bath, but not a problem for us. High powered fan for hot days, no AC. Mattress ok for a couple of nights. Very friendly and helpful staff.

location is very good. 5 minutes from the lake, 9 minutes from the train, in the middle of many shops. Clean room and the fan was helpful. Overall very good and I would stay there again.

Schoon en centraal gelegen maar erg gedateerd qua voorzieningen zonder dat daar een bepaalde ‘gedateerde’ charme tegenover staat. Oude open kast zonder kleerhangers. Geen stopcontacten behalve die al gebruikt zijn voor tv en voor de oude ventilator die heel erg veel lawaai maakt. Het was heel warm, kamer niet fris te krijgen. Veel lawaai ook van straat.

Estuve en varias habitaciones durante mi viaje y todas cumplieron con lo necesario: limpieza, comodidad y buen trato. Hubo algunos detalles menores, pero nada que arruinara la experiencia. Una opción muy recomendable.

A budget hotel but in a fantastic location with really lovely staff. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable. No aircon but they do have a lift

Mine was a late checking around 10pm , hotel team made it so convenient for me , given clear instructions and when some thing is not working they able to give alternative immediatey , always answered my phone and great location with fine dining options at late hour as well , room is very neat and have all the required amenities - keep up the good work
