Hem Apartelle was closed due to covid19. But they transferred us to Hotel Lapira. The place was awesome. Clean and courteous staffs. The place is also a walking distance to Calle Crisostomo.

Been here for a night we choose to stay near crisologo since it was the cheapest I found easy to find its near the area, the room was clean and neat

Not bad for a cheap accommodation. Overall, it's okay except for the customer service and "amoy kalawang na tubig" coming from the faucet and shower.
