I arrived after midnight. I was welcomed by a very nice and welcoming lady, I later found out she is security. I was rapidly accomodated in a very nice, clean, and big room with a larger than normal tub. Everything was sparkling clean and brilliant. The lady adviced me where to park and alerted me about the free made to order breakfast. I chose the eggs and bacon platter. I was served a choise of vegetables and a varied of ham and salami before my breakfast arrived. I was also given yogurt. There is a coffee and juice machine and I drank about two cups of latte coffee and some juice. Unfortunately I had to leave, I was only there to spend the night. I overstayed an hour because I didn't know check out time is at 10:00AM. As I said I arrived late at night after driving on a lonely and foggy road from Brno. First time in Czech Republic. Visitor from the U.S. I recommend the hotel.

Man konnte dort sehr ruhig schlafen. Ein paar Meter weiter war auch eine kleine gemütliche Kneipe mit leckerem Bier. Das Hotel war eigentlich nur ein Ersatz, weil in Brno alle Mittelklassehotels ausgebucht waren. Hat mir aber wirklich gefallen, ich komme bestimmt mal wieder hierher.

Excellent stay with good value for the money. Friendly and helpful staff. Simple but nice breakfast with the things you need. Clean and bright breakast area. Easy parking just outside.

Restaurant war am Tag der Ankunft geschlossen.Das war eine große Enttäuschung.Wir hatten an diesem Tag vor den Geburtstag meiner Frau zu feiern.Wäre das vorher bekannt gewesen hätten wir uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht

Aardig receptioniste. Nette kamer. Goed bed. Ontbijtbuffet was ok. Alleen niet erg gemakkelijk toegeven in een klein hoekje.

My room was not heated although it was 2 degrees outside. Television and SAT did not have any international channels. Restaurant closed. Breakfast terrible. I do not reccomend this hotel !

Very nice hotel, everything looked new and clean. Highly recommended.

Easy checking in. Good breakfast, which is open grill 8 to 10 am.

Hotel zrenovovaný, čistý, celkovo veľmi príjemný dojem. Škoda, že celkovú snahu pokazil personál a obsluha na raňajkách. Čašníčky boli oblečené v civilných šatách bez menoviek, takže až časom zistite , že ide o obsluhujuci personal. 45 minut pred ukončenim výdaja raňajok, boli tácky poloprázdne a zo strany obsluhy nebol záujem o ich doplnenie. Chýbali servítky, podsalky na kávu, horúca voda na čaj, odpadkova nádoba pri nápojoch na obaly z cukru, z čaju. Úroveň staničnej reštaurácie.

Leuk uitzicht op het kasteel. Gewoon een goed hotel voor deze prijs. Nette kamer, goede bedden.

Direkt im Zentrum bzw. man hat aus dem Hotelfenster einen herrlichen Blick auf das Schloss

Hotel Arkada ist eine gute und preisgünstige Adresse im südmährischen Bucovice. Die Zimmer sind modernisiert worden und sauber. W-Lan funktioniert gut. Das Restaurant im Haus bietet eine gute Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten, die auch lecker schmecken. Parkplatz mit kameraüberwachung ist gratis verfügbar.Alles in allem: für Geschäftsreisende sehr zu empfehlen
