在威尼斯主岛，距火车站10多分钟路程，小酒店共9间房，但check-in 和酒店不在一起需要到距火车站大约5分钟的一个地方办理入住，3点后才能拿到密码进入酒店房间！房间不大，感觉像新装修不久，我们订的是一张大床和一张单人床，床铺还算舒适，但是房间里感觉有些潮湿，没桌子，卫生间没有衣服挂钩，有些不方便！房间里不时有小飞虫飞来飞去，很不舒服！早餐很简单，本来有2天早餐，我们只吃了一次，第二天没吃！不很舒适但还很贵，个人感觉性价比差！

Check in was extremely easy! We had an amazing room with a beautiful little balcony with a small bistro table. Great location and easy to find.

Hôtel très propre et chambre très agréable, avec une mention spéciale pour la terrasse qui a apporté un vrai plus à notre séjour. Malgré l'absence de réception physique, j'ai toujours obtenu des réponses rapides et efficaces à mes questions, ce qui a été très appréciable. La seule petite remarque concerne la douche, que nous avons trouvée un peu étroite. Enfin, je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Thérésa, la femme de ménage, qui accomplit son travail avec beaucoup de sérieux et de professionnalisme. Sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et sa bonne humeur ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Une excellente expérience que nous n'hésiterions pas à renouveler.

Amazing place to stay. Baloney had a great view. Everyone was friendly and the property was updated.

Good location, mart across the street. Rooms were clean and modern. Three story building, no elevator. Coffee, tea and microwave in the lobby. Friendly staff onsite.

The towels were very thin and scratchy. We were sent to another hotel which was not as open as we would have liked. We had to get two rooms instead of one one larger room.

Smidig in- och utcheckning, trevlig personal. Ligger väldigt bra till med gångavstånd till allt. Mysigt med balkong på rummet!

Even though we planned everything at the last minute, the hotel’s clear guidance and the super easy check-in/-out made everything stress-free for us.Room was spacious, very clean.Would definitely stay again!

The hotel is located in the heart of Venice and walking distance to major attractions.

This hotel has bad management and we did not get into the hotel, it is worse than Airbnb , it showed its name as “HOTEL” Grifoni, but there is no RECEPTIONIST or anyone or real person who can answer the phone and speak English to help foreign visitors on site. We stood in the rain ☔️ in front of the hotel and left , so very disappointed 😔 , please avoid booking this Airbnb , NOT HOTEL, and make the same mistakes I did

Great location, close to train station and water taxis. We liked that it was in a quieter neighborhood but still had excellent dining options within easy walking distance. It was nice to retreat back to the hotel after visiting the busy tourist attractions.

Not much to say good or bad. This isn’t really a hotel. It’s a room with a code used to entry. There is no front desk. No one to call if you have an issue. Communicating leading up to the stay is basically zero. Expedia also can’t really do anything to help communicate as the Grifoni doesn’t really respond to Expedia either. That said, the room was nice but small and once we got the instructions on how to get into the building and then the room, it was fine.

Very nice boutique hotel. It was clean and in a good location.

It just looked like someone tried to renovate but did it DIY style. The hooks for the towels were done with sticky tape and fell off, no control over our own air condition, tv ended up not working when raining, bed was hard.
